Review 1：Parking fee. The receptionist's recommendation to have a meal in a nearby beer garden sounded intriguing but led to total frustration as the service their was way below what one would call the most basic standard.

Review 2：Location. Excellent for stop-over when travelling East-West or vice versa. Good quality, clean room. Great Italian restaurant nearby. Good poissibilities to walk the dog.

Review 5：Your question 1 above 'Type of Traveller' does not have sufficient categories for us to select an appropriate one. I was travelling with my brother. So although I had to select 'Group of Friends' this is not correct, but none of the other categories are correct either. Please amend.

Review 6：This was an easy to find overnight stop not far from the autobahn to continue the next morning. Clean and spacious. Good value for money.

Review 13：When we arrived we were allocated a room that was occupied - we only found this out when we opened the door and saw other people's stuff there! We were given a free upgrade to a better room but even so - this was worrying on a number of levels. We were staying two nights and our room wasn't cleaned after the first night - beds unmade and dirty coffee cups where we left them. The staff just didn't seem to be at all well organized - either front desk or room-service. The hotel was fairly old-fashioned with a dated decor (wood-chip wallpaper!).

Review 15：Bad experience with man from reception (working in the night shift), hotel located too close to petrol station, traffic all the night, people have party at petrol station, very very noisy, we couldnt sleep even an hour in whole night, that's why we asked the receptionist to change the room and his answer was "we are fully booked", but that was not true, we recognized really situation next morning, it was booked less then 50% of the whole capacity of the hotel. Honestly, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone, who really needs the rest to be prepared for next days meeting or trip.

Review 79：Unfortunately we hit Pforzheim on what was probably the hottest day of the year. Without airconditioning we needed the window open and Saturday night on the outskirts of town are noisy. Between the heat, mugginess and noise we got very little sleep.

Review 90：Most rooms do not have air conditioning so windows need to be left openin Summer. However, there is a restaurant next door and two Very mainroads, so keeping windows open can mean very little sleep, even with earplugs. Rooms on the side away from the roads, or a business room withaircon is a must.
