Review 1：Wanted to dine in hotel restaurant but were told that it was fully booked until 8.30 pm so we ate elsewhere but on returning to the hotel at around 7.45 observed that the restaurant was nowhere near full.
Review 2：Location, free car parking and wifi. Good breakfast selection included.
Review 3：We booked the hotel specially because we were going to a Tori Amis concert and they said on their website there was a free bus to and from the gig. The gig was quite far and an awkward place to get to. When we got to the hotel the staff knew nothing about it and we're just generally unhelpful. I would not have booked this hotel if there was no bus to the gig.

Review 7：Four star hotel , third world rooms. Claims sound proof rooms but there is no air conditioning so window must be kept open. Room overlooks square where drunks sit and shout. Windows had no stays to hold them open and slammed shut in slightest breeze - we had to put a chair on the window ledge to hold the window open and avoid suffocation. Housekeeping was awful - beds not made, sheets not changed in 5-day stay. Towels not changed.
