Review 1：I was made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was large with a very comfortable bed and an suite. The breakfast was excellent value.

Review 8：The cozy family hotel with a friendly staff. 5 min walk to the wonderful promenade on the beautiful lake Dieksee. Very quiet and peaceful place, pacifying meditation atmosphere! There are many hiking and bicycle routes. Great breakfast! We want to come again!

Review 9：Just happened to book this stay overnight as we travelled by car around Trave and Travemünde further south. Turned out to be great place, helped us make arrangements although we booked really late in the day. Nice location and near the Holsteinische Schweiz with the small city of Plön with its smal castle. Best of all was the kind staff and proprietor that made us feel very welcome!

Review 16：The hotel is only around 10 mins walk from the railway station (15 if you go via the lakeside path). The surroundings are attractive and quiet, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. When I stayed they were having some renovations done to the outside of the property, but even this was done with the utmost respect for the guests. In short, fantastic.

Review 18：When I booked this hotel I was aware of the exceptionally high ratings it got.So I was wondering if it would live up to the expectations. The answer is YES. Everything was perfect. Apart from anything else, the hotel has a warm, welcoming special atmosphere that makes you feel good.
