Review 1：This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel! Really old and tired. Poor quality room and a bed that should have been replaced years ago. Horrible smel of sigaret smoke in the reception area. And the most annoying with the stay, wifi is not free! And when the time is up you have to go out in the reception to purchase more wifi time ... Hotel Royal is not a hotel for this millennium!

Review 3：We asked for quiet rooms, but the noise outside was extremely loud and next to a road. We were allocated a non smoking room, but the corridor was very smelly. Room was very dated.

Review 23：The rooms are drab and in need of a refurbishment. Old 1980's style TV with a remote control that works intermittently. Poor quality pillows, would need at least five for proper head and neck support. No visible mechanisms for controlling the room temperature. On arrival the room was stifling and the bathroom was like a sauna. Rather strange process for breakfast which involves decorating the reception area and bar with food items (could these not be located IN the dining room?)

Review 32：Very convenient for the autobahn for an overnight stop on the way to Italy. Not really in a tourist area and it is a business hotel but there are 2 places to eat within 5 minutes walk. Modern and pristine - it was very clean and quiet - good underground parking and very helpful staff. Appreciated the wi fi access and free coffees in the morning even though we didn't take breakfast.

Review 34：The staff were exceptionally helpful. The facility is ideally located off the autobahn. The facility offers all the eminities one hopes for when travelling. The underground parking garage is very clean, secure and a bonus for concerned travellers.
Review 35：On a road trip, easy to find - good restaurant in-house so no need to venture out in freezing weather. Great breakfast - but a smaller inclusive option would be better than the mega-feast supplied for an extra €12 a head. Staff very charming - I gather it's a family-run place.
