Review 1：behaviour of receptionist Ullana was unacceptable and that 2 days in a row. very unfriendly and arrogant.

Review 2：Very great location, very nice interiors, large rooms, great looking hotel from outside and inside, very clean, friendly restaurant staff, good value-for-money

Review 3：The staff was remarkably unfriendly even by our Czech standards. This started with the receptionist, and went on until the very last minutes when two chambermaids hurried into our room to check whether we really had taken nothing out of the minibar - rather unexpected nowadays when any booking is secured with a credit card. No other problems except a strong foul smell coming out of the shower sink.

Review 4：No nearby parking and parking under hotel expensive and not accessible for us (low bumper). Bed was supposed to be a double but instead it were two singles pushed together and kept sliding apart.

Review 5：Room was very big, nice and clean. Staff were pleasant. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The negatives are only minor blemishes that would otherwise make our stay perfect.

Review 6：We arrived the Saturday, one hour too early. The first contact we had, was with the receptionist. The woman just said : check in, 2:00 pm. That is it. Not a smile, no a good day, zero. She was eating at the desk, and playing with her phone, so I guess, we interrupted her lunch. Then without a smile or a nice word, we had the key. And during our stay, it was so hard to have help, she speaks very bad English, and she is really doing a bad job. It is sad for the hotel, because all was nice, it is a good hotel, but she is giving such a terrible feeling to customers.

Review 8：Great location, very quiet place,huge apartment, close to all amenities.Only complaint is that the shower head is too low to shower with and there is no splash guard (for showering). Special thank you to Uliana :)

Review 9：The only negative would be the staff during breakfast. There were no forks and knives available and we have to ask for them. There were also no clean glasses for juice and when asked, one waitress pointed at the dirty ones and said there weren't any more.

The restaurant in the hotel has good food at very reasonable prices and the breakfast provided was plentiful, varied, and satisfying. If you're planning to take a suite and use the kitchen, you should know the kitchen is not stocked at all. You'll need to bring everything with you.

Review 12：I booked two suits from the hotel 6 months before my trip which gotten me a really good deal. We were a group of friends, and the suits were on the same reservation.We arrived at the hotel and the front desk staff (Radkirichcerova) checked us in without much of small talk as if she was trying to rush us through the check in process (no mention of room rate, room type, wifi password, breakfast time, location of breakfast ... etc your normal everyday check in conversation not even a room number but just two keys that says room #402 & #403 or even where the elevator is)We took the elevator to the 4th floor, and there was no room #402 or #403. The hallway was dark, and we had to use the flashlight on our phone to try to find our room. Next to the elevator was a door with room #401, 402, & 403 next to it. A little odd, we thought but we used our key card to try to open the door and it worked.We walked in, there was a living room (one) and balcony (one) over looking the courtyard and two doors with room #402 & #403 on the door. We went in and there were two standard room with one king bed in each room. There were no kitchen area as stated on reservation, no kitchenette, and more like a "two-bedroom family suite".We went back downstairs to ask Radkirichcerova about the room type and she informed us that they were fully booked for the night and that suite was the only available suite she has. She also said that if they knew the guests from two separate suites were "together" that is the suite they give them. However, there is only 5 Eur price differences between the suites we booked and the suites we got so she can offer us free parking for the night to make up the difference. We were not happy with the answer and ask to speak to a manager.She then said that because it was a Saturday afternoon, there are no manager on site and we would have to wait until the next morning to speak to someone at Prague.

Review 13：First of all, let me just say that we were happy with the hotel itself, location, facility, wifi could be debatable, breakfast was really good, however ... the service is another story ...

Review 14：We disliked the atmosphere during breakfast. The people providing service were obviously in a rush and therefore a bit rude in their internal communication. Wifi signal was almost nonexistent in our room located on the first floor.

Review 16：They can improve the facilities a bit though. After the massage the guest is expected to dress up and go to their room to shower. Providing shower facilities in the spa area would be thoughtful. The soap/shampoo in the rooms is not very good as it doesn't lather much, which should be considered as guests would be covered with oil after taking a massage. I would advise guests to carry their own and the hotel to find a better product.

Review 17：We liked everything here. The staff is very helpful. The double rooms are a bit small but we upgraded to a suite for just a little extra. It was well furnished and very clean. The masseuse was excellent. Everyone was so friendly. Really enjoyed our time here. We slept through breakfast so really can't say how it is. The beds are very comfortable.

Review 57：The shower was simply a showerhead mounted onto a bathtub with no shower doors or curtain so you end up putting half of the towels on the floor to soak up the water unless you lie down in the bath an shower that way!!! Not good at all and needs sorting out and that was in a suite!!!

The suite we received was clean and spacious,but the location and entrance were not the standard we expected for a 4star hotel. We had to walk outside 200 meters to the main hotel to havebreakfast as there were no breakfast facilities in the building where westayed. There was no reception so when we had trouble with wifi access,we had to walk up the hill to the main hotel. The receptionists werevery helpful and friendly, but I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Notonly did we have a poor experience, there are no spa facilities on site.

Review 63：We stayed not in the main building but at apartment of the hotel. Description of the position of the apartment given on the internet is not correct. It is not 200 meters from the main building but 7 minutes walk up the hill!!! And with the luggage! Not a fun! Hotel and apartments have ranking of 4 stars. But cleaning service is not available at the apartments and towels are changed after a battle. Personnel doesn't provide you with all information about the facilities available. You need to investigate and take initiative on your own. Tip for guests: Don't run to the reception (in the main building) if you have any quarries. There is telephone handset hidden in the lift which will spare your running up the hill. However apartments are spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. There is not swimming pool in the hotel but you can use the one at Continental hotel (about 20 minutes walk). May consider if you want it?!
