Reviews for Yachthafenresidenz Hohe Düne

Review 1:We didn't like that we got our booked room not before 4pm at the day of arrival. For a short term stay this is not satisfactory.

Review 2:We did really like the location and the facility itself. We did like the personel, they were all very kind.

Review 3:The hotel went out of it's way to make our Honeymoon special with Champagne waiting in our room and rose peddles on the bed. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved it!!

Review 4:Staff who's working in Cafe Roma were very rude. We have waited for around 1:30 hours after placing the order to be served with several reminders. And unfortunately and after waiting for that long time, the served food was not as desired. Will never visit that cafe again. Rudeness also noticed from the staff working on Newport Fisch restaurant. They told us very rudely that they don't have any free table. If you are looking for dining, visit the nearby alter storm restaurants.

Review 5:Location, reception staff.

Review 6:Said there was WiFi which was a factor in choosing the property - there was none in our room 3307. Staff said it was "because too many people were using it". Well Hello: don't sell it with WiFi if you can't provide it. Also NO restaurant space available before 9.30 pm - we're in bed by then and they should keep some space for people who are driving all day. Staff very indifferent about any problems.

Review 7:The standards at the hotel were very high and the property is really great. Not close to much else, so definitely about the "seaside" experience with children, or Spa for adults.

Review 8:Staff at SPA, couldn't get any appointment after arrival. Also Staff compared to other staff was not really friendly at the SPA

Review 9:The Admiral Suite was awesome! We are definitely going back ?

Review 10:The rooms were a good size with good amenities. The breakfast was amazing and so was the location. I would definitely come back.

Review 11:None.

Review 12:The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location is superb and the hotel was superior in every aspect.

Review 13:Everything was Great, I even got a surprise for my birthday. The food was delicious. The staff was very helpful.

Review 14:Nothing

Review 15:Very Luxury, great location, interesting facilities and friendly staff

Review 16:We did not like the location of our particular room, but the language barrier prevented us from making a change -- we were on the ground floor where the view was blocked by shrubs. Also at a luxury hotel, we'd have expected an evening service, especially with all the wet towels accumulating over the course of a day.

Review 17:The setting was beautiful, and the convenience for the ferry to the village and train station was great! The spa and pool were very nice as well.

Review 18:tab water had a bad smell! daught got sick, but I am not sure if due to this or some othe reason.... They placed us in the very very last corne of the Hotel, despite hotel being extremely empty. Why not upgrade a first time guest if hotel is soo empty and if pool is closed?

Review 19:Kidsclub was fantastic. Great spa, despite main pool being closed.

Review 20:Lobby Bar - bad service. Long waiting for waiter. They focus more on themselves than on the guests. Lack of the opportunity to order any food after 10 p.m.

Review 21:nice atmosphere

Review 22:Our third visit. Fabulous place and luxurious. Staying here is living the dream. The family love the spa and facilities. Der Butt restaurant is excellent. My wife likes to lie around all day in the luxury of Hohe Dune. I like to visit the nearby picturesque village of Warnemunde for a change of pace. The ships sailing past add to the excitement and interest. This really is a holiday (or romantic) paradise. Breakfasts are outstanding. The other guests are usually interesting and good crowd.

Review 23:Just one restaurant is open at lunch time. The second one is a café with snacks.

Review 24:Child friendly accommodation. Baby bath accessories, changing mats, baby food warmer etc. Free Wifi available everywhere on the territory.

Review 25:6 restaurants wow, great expectations - but only the crowded pizzeria was available as confereces had booked the others

Review 26:very comfortable room for its category

Review 27:The fish restaurant- service excellent, however portions are very small and a. It overpriced Food in italianrestaurant excellent, but service not so good Tip- sparkling water - very overpriced

Review 28:Loved everything!!!!- worth every penny Will go back again in winter Great breakfast- Staff very friendly and accomodating We booked through booking.com, however extended our stay by 2 days with one of their local spa passages Daily water aerobics class is a must- Tobias (?) did a great water workout. It was a holiday week and all spa treatments were booked out , however between Petra ( front desk manager) and spa staff working later than usual- they were able to accomadate us. My husband said it was the best massage he's had. We were totally impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to goth extra step

Review 29:As small minus I would say the rather expensive parking facilties (11,-€ per day). Which should be incl. for a 5* hotel

Review 30:Nice Location; Excellent wellness; Good breakfast buffet; Friendly staff

Review 31:A beautiful hotel

Review 32:warnemunde is a boring town. not much to do

Review 33:hotel was superb
