Review 1：The water park is AMAZING. So much fun, so many different areas and they provided hours of entertainment for my boyfriend and I. Definitely would return.
Review 2：all waiters while we were enjoying dinner disappeared for their smoke time leaving us waiting for half an hour for our bill.
Review 3：The Superior room, 902, excellent comfort level and view. Coffee and tea station excellent.
Review 4：Less experienced/nice staff, lower quality than expected, expensive breakfast that should have been included in the room price, a bit expensive parking when nearby parking is free of charge, no real special prices for HanseDom spa.

Review 6：The staff doesn't speak english and those few that does speak very poorly. Extra fees that we wasn't informed of when booking the room. The breakfast selections is very limited especially for the kids. Everything is in German, instructions etc... The poolarea is somewhat rundown.

Review 24：The staff. Apart from the check-out guy. They don't speak enligsh very well and find it hard to explain the easiest things, like that I had already paid for the room. Also we did not recive a pass-card for the parkingspace. Didn't matter that much since we have a motorbike but still annoying.
Review 25：The size of the room. And the bathtub in the bathroom. And the blue waterslide in the waterpark. A couple of bruises later my boyfriend and I have decided it was the best ever!
Review 26：Location is far from the centre (10 min cab journey)A damp smell throughout our floor and in room. Without being warned we were given a disabled room which meant low bed and interesting bathroom arrangements (where the shower cut out after every 30 seconds) the hotel staff asked us sheepishly how we liked it on exit and only laughed when we said it was not ideal. Not building themselves a very good case for future British travellers!
Review 27：It is a Radisson Blu so there is a given quality already there. Howeverit did not stand out or compare with others around Europe I have seenand stayed in.
Review 28：Air conditioning is a must in a 4 star hotel, swiming pool should be free of charge, room price is expensive enough, the matress was to soft and not confortable. The reception staff was totally out of local knowledge, you ask them a question about a local atraction, answer was look for it in the brochure. Resuming totally unfrendly!

Review 30：Stralsund is such a cute little city and with the closeness of beautyful Rugen. The rooms were really nice and we had a beautyful view from the balcony. The recreationarea was nice but I wish it could have been a little cheaper for guests at the hotel (8,5 euro entrance and an extra 9 euro for the sauna-area). Restaurant was also abit expensive but the breakfast was nice!
Review 31：The staff is not very friendly - at least with non-german speakers.They don`t give you the feeling that they are interested in you andyour problems.... The two girls in the reception spoke badly English-difficult to understand them sometimes. It is stingy of the hotel notto offer free tickets to the hanse dom for its guest - this is atleast what you should expect from a so called 4 start hotel in theRaddison chain.
Review 32：The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are light and have good beds. Itis positive with free wireless internet conection. The breakfast wasgood. We liked the pools in the "hanse dom".
