Review 1：The food in the hotel was laughable, I had ordered a typical German dish. It was finished in 2 bites. Room was not clean, found empty beer bottle in wardrobe! small rooms

Review 4：Very poor Internet access. Little English spoken or written. Poor value for money. Additional taxes which were added after initial booking was paid. Some staff were unfriendly on occasion. Not suitable for athletes or business people. Very little parking for guests and it was expensive when it could be found.

Review 6：Too big to be intimate and cosy - the breakfast room in the morning was like a school canteen - too big and too noisy. Spa strangely organized (cannot buy drinks or refreshment at pool bar on Your room bill, but pay only cash), terrace for sun-bathing to small. ERxpected better spa in 5star hotel.

Review 7：Superb location, nice walks along the coast, modern rooms - all with balconies facing the sea nice 19th floor bar-coffee shop. The township itself picturesque, many shops, cafés and seaside "romance"

Review 8：The room was extremely clean, and it was very nice to be able to watch the cruise ships leave port in the evening while sitting on the balcony. The rain shower type shower was fantastic. Staff was very helpful.

The Fine Print

Guests requiring a transfer from Warnemünde Werft Train Station are kindly asked to contact the hotel 24 hours in advance. Contact details are given on the booking confirmation.Please also note that all rooms will be non-smoking from 01 January 2016 onwards.Extensive building work will be taking place between 18 January 2016 and 29 January 2016. This will involve intensive noise disturbances but the hotel will try to limit these to between 09:00 and 13:00 and between 15:00 and 19:00 on those dates.The salt-water pool will be closed for maintenance between 18 January 2015 and 12:00 on 22 January 2016. The other hotel spa facilities (sauna, fitness, beauty and thalasso area) will remain open as usual. Guests can also use the neighbouring SEEBAD spa free of charge during this period.
