Review 4：We had booked a room with balcony but when we arrived they gave us a much smaller room without balcony. When we noticed it, we got the booked room but without any excuses - it seemed as it didn´t matter for them! Bad service, we felt they tried to cheat us! The restaurant (meals were inclusive our stay) had a very slow service/serving and the food is not well cooked (several other guests had the same opinion).

Review 6：No Wifi in the rooms, (wrong description on the web hos booking.com) andyou have to sit in the lobby to get a connection. The hotel is notoffering Wifi, but through something called “German Hotspot” where youhave to create account (for free). If you are not active for some timeyou have to log in again – can’t stay online. It is impossible to beonline in your room – no connection. The whirlpool was cold, make sure you be warmed up in the saunas before you step in to it. We waited about 20 min until the massage “in the pool” started. No cooler (mini bar) in the rooms. What would be nice, to have a cold water or beer.. The “town” where the hotel is very “sleepy-town”we arrived late Friday night and the “town” around the hotel was totally dead, very few people, and almost everything was closed. So we drove to Goslar-town,( about 15 min away). With cafes, restaurants and many people in the town.
Review 7：Very nice Hotel, with great breakfast, clean rooms. The villages and thewhole place is very quiet. The place is totally relaxing area. We weresurprised how the room was, everything was almost new - furnisher, andlooked very nice. Much value for your money. The bathroom with showerwas great, and everything vas very clean. The hotel is close to Bocbergand lots of walking’s route and exciting Mountain Biking tracks. Theplace is perfect for couple’s 50+ years old. Very friendly staff.
Review 8：The only thing that slightly bothered us was that the church bells ring on the hour throughout the night, maybe light sleepers should take a room towards the back of the hotel.
Review 9：Very nice location, directly across from the Stabkirche with a lovely view, delicious food, rooms freshly renovated and well decorated - nice staff. Liebesbankweg is directly across the street which is a great option for hikers or for a casual walk.
