Review 1：self check-in at a machine at 19h30 (not very welcoming) no parking available, wifi too poor to search for public parking on the internet, called hotel for assistance but got a 'no speak english' answer.

Review 10：There is mold in all the rooms, especially in the showers! This is the worst I have ever seen. This hotel should be closed and renovated fully, before they allow guests to sleep there. Closets etc was also full of dust. The internet does not work properly at all. The breakfast was way too small. If you come down at 8.30 (breakfast closes at 9.30), you might be so lucky to get a slice of ham). Noise from the street outside. Reception closes between 11-17..

Review 12：The shower was very small and it took awhile for me to get any hotwater. As I was in the city on business, I needed to leave my luggageand collect it later in the day. Unfortunately there was no oneavailable on reception at a convenient time for me, so I had to takeit with me.
Review 13：A very convenient location - not far from the centre of the city or therailway station, with good checking in facilities even when thereception was closed. The room was comfortable and clean. The member ofstaff on reception in the morning was very friendly.

Review 16：The hotel had laundry as the only service it offerred and somehow, whenasked for the laundry service, I was told that there was no such serviceat the hotel but I was given the whereabouts of such a service in town.The parking is terrible cause the streets are very busy and if you getto park the car, there is a fee (ok quite understanding) but only for 1hour! So I had to put money every hour in the machine...quiteinconvenient.
Review 17：It is centrally located to the city centre and our room had a spaciousand well lit bathroom. The receptionist had a good level of spokenenglish so communication was very easy.
Review 18：What I would like to see changed is a little more food for breakfast. They only serve the basic like cereal and sandwiches with juice, milk, and coffee/tea. Scramble eggs, waffles, bacon, and pancakes would be nice :-) The other thing would be to have a phone in the entrance area to call for reception. The reception closes at 12:00 and I came at 13:00. The reception doesn't come back until 17:00. They did leave a contact number but I didn't have a phone so I couldn't get a key to the room until the reception came back. Other than that, its a decent place
