Review 12：Our room was round the back and we were awoken by 2-3 trains per night (around 3am) some of which sounded their horn. Pillows weren't firm, breakfast wasn't bad however there was a lack of hot food though. Friends stayed up the road at the ibis, paid an extra 15€ and were given American pancakes and scrambled egg as well as all the food offered to us.

Review 13：Good location, not far from town (20minute walk), lidl's over the road, modern look, coded doors rather than keys, vending machines in the lobby, no need to check out, free parking.

Review 14：The WiFi was terrible. You have to register your phone and receive a text message with a passcode. None of our devices would register properly. Even after we got a passcode directly from the front desk, it only worked for about an hour before we were "logged off" and had no more access. A very primitive inefficient system.

Review 15：The location is close to the train station. The hotel has free parking and the breakfast was decent. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly and professional.

Review 16：EXTREM Unreliable!!! The housekeeping has not closed my room door for a WHOLE DAY!!! OH MY GOD!! This is a very serious problem. Even we have nothing lost, we can not accept and never forgive. We told this thing to the reception and they give me an apology with good attitude.

Review 23：We enjoyed the whole experience and the concept of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. We had a problem with the shower and it was sorted out in less than 30 minutes. I would just say that if the smoking area had a bench to sit on and moved away from the front of the hotel that would be the way ahead.

The location is nest to Paderborn train station but you could not hear any noise from the roads or railway as we stayed in Family Quite Room. Review 33：It was difficult to log into the WiFi but the nice front desk staff took care of it. The signal was a little weak in our room.

Review 34：The hotel still seemed new as it was well maintained. Even though it was next to the train station, it was quiet in the rooms. Parking was easy.

Extremely poor customer service - We booked one of th,e family rooms, but the check-in machine allocated us a twin room, which had been occupied by a smoker previously, so the room stank of cigarette smoke. When we asked to change rooms, we were told it was all our fault, not theirs. We didn't dispute this, we just wanted to change rooms. But we were told that we could leave if we weren't happy. Not some thing we were expecting from the frt desk team in a customer service industry. There was also a pair of huge dogs running around the car park unmuzzeld, which scared our two toddlers. I wish I had just booked at the Ibis just up road.

Review 50：Relatively small rooms,e.g. My room was for alone,and the bed is ment for two people,but then the room will be really small. The hotel has on its sourh side the railways and on its north side the main street as the major entrance of the city from the west with a heavy traffic. Despite of that, one does not hear much of that noise in the room .

Review 56：I booked the room for two people, one pillow each was offered, the pillows where very flat and it felt like you were sleeping without one, after the first night of having the pillow folded, I asked if its possible to have some more pillows, the response was "No" not a 'i'm sorry but we can only allocate one per person due to ....' but just the word "No", nothing else. Rude and uncessary. Thankfully we were able to get extra pillows, only because my other half is in the Army and based out in Germany at a camp not too far, so we used his pillows instead.On the first night there, we only had one towel between us, suprisingly on the second day, we received an extra towel without asking, however I would have thought enough towels for the party would of been mandatory on the first night.We had a double bed, but no double quilt, shocking I know, we were given two single quilts instead, although this was fine as we didnt argue about stealing the bed covers during the night, but still, a double quilt for a double bed is just commence sence and respect and alot more cosy.Upon first arrival and checking in, I was asked if I wanted breakfast, I did advise it wouldn't be required, as the plan was to leave early every morning, however when circumstances changed (as they can do) I walked to reception and asked if I could pay for breakfast, the answer I received was no, as I already said no the the breakfast, I couldn't request it. basically I lost my chance.
