Review 1：I had to book close to a specialist dental clinic as having major surgery and wanted a warm friendly family hotel but I felt that I wasn't welcome from the moment I had to phone to get in as the code didn't work to get my key. I wasn't told prior to booking that I would have to pay more for a quiet room. When I said I would pay what I had booked with booking.com they were quite unpleasant and when I said "I know better for next time" they said "there won't be a next time!! I had to say what time I wanted breakfast before going to bed. When I said the wifi, the tv and the didn't work it was as if it was my fault. Don't go on a Tuesday as its their day off and they don't really want you to ask for anything.
