Review 2：I was twice there. I had a real feeling - I am in heaven. Extremely comfortable, cozy hotel, owned and managed by a family. The family representatives are very responsive and sweet. This hotel has a special atmosphere! I really enjoyed it a lot!
Review 3：Bad shampoo, no slippers, but this is a 3-star hotel anyway. I was in the upper-floor, wifi did not get in my room (for me it was very important).

Review 13：Both rooms we had were on a very noisy street so if you opened the windows at 8 am you had a very loud room. Nights were OK with the windows closed. Also, unfortunately the restaurant was one of the reasons we booked that hotel and when we got there, they had closed it down, moved it to another location. It was a good and cozy German restaurant but it is gone.

Cute nooks and crannies, Fachwerk/wooden beams on walls here and there, lots of areas to sit including a separate 'library' room. An ideal location to shops, bakery, restaurants, child friendly and great Thermal Bad, and one short street from the lake! Extensive breakfast with even more on weekends. Fabulous service!! Highly recommend a stay here!
