Review 1：It was warm in the room in August with just a fan, but fresh air came from outside. Wedding days in summer could indeed be loud but it was not the case during our stay.
Review 2：Great location in the center of Postdam. Stylish and historic building. We had a large and comfortable room over a courtyard.
Review 3：I would have been happy to pay a bit more for the room, if the bathroom would have been a bit larger, with a bath perhaps, and more space to place soap, tooth brush, shampoo, etc. A small shelf in the shower to put your stuff on would be an easy improvement.
Review 4：The suite was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Minor problems were solved quickly and much to our satisfaction by the owner. The hotel has easy and free parking, excellent Wi-Fi and is situated next to a beautiful lake.

Review 15：I fall in love with the interior, it's adorable! I really liked it, made me wanted to live in a such room like that. It was very clean including shared bathroom( smell gut ) Location is good. I could see lake in my room. The schwerin castle is 3mins by car

Review 24：Doors to the basement rooms are really just privacy shields but a far cry from soundproof so IF somebody decides to let their hair down in the hallway, the door to your bedroom does nothing to shield you from the racket.
Review 25：Looks like it's situated right on a busy intersection, but traffic stops early at night and there is hardly any on the weekends, so it's actually nice and quiet UNLESS you are in the hostel- style basement and there's a horde of drunk plumbers on a weekend outing. Building is old and beautiful, breakfast is yummy, even shared bathrooms (hostel-style basement) are clean, so really good value.
Review 26：we strongly recommend NOT to book in this hotel. We did a reservation for a double room with a remark to have a Baby bed, once we arrived there was none in the room and WE had to demonstrate with the reservation we requested it. Even the owner has apologize and gave his excuses saying it was his mistake. He put an additional bed, not a baby bed (with the risk the baby falls) and then, when we had to pay he charged it!! Another remark, really "family friendly" we got a room in the last floor, and there is not an elevator... great to bring all the baby stuff and suitcases...
Review 27：Some rooms don't have bathroom but few steps in the hole you still have you own bathroom, of course...that rooms are cheaper but they are still nice.
Review 28：This is budget hotel and you can not expect something special but rooms are clean and romantic, free parking, free internet, close to the center. For that price everything was perfect.
Review 29：the room was not cleaned and the towels was not changed during all our stay (5 nights). When we asked the employee, they answered that it was not in the policy of the hotel... we heard all the noise in the corridor. Moldiness, humidity and spiders were presents in the room. A very bad experience for us!!
