Review 1：The hotel isnt value for money, especially the breakfast is very mediocre.

Review 5：The staff were very welcoming and super helpful. The room was very design and comfortable with a nice terrace. There is a sauna as well but I did not have time to use it.

We went to the restaurant in the bar and noted three spiderwebs above our table. The hotel caters to big tour groups and the staff was overwhelmed by this but did improve during our stay.

Review 10：I missed some fresh orange juice for breakfast but there were no oranges. Some more fresh fruits would also be welcome. In general lot of choice for breakfast. Staff in restaurant wasn't very flexible with serving food around/after 9:30pm.

Review 11：Causy hotel very close to the border with Liechtenstein. Very fast internet (and no hassle with logging-in), spacious and quiet room with a balcony. Shower also nice and more than enough parking in front of the hotel. Good value for money.

Review 12：its location - it's not possible to just get out of the hotel and go for a walk in the city centre of Feldkirch, there are buses though but still find that travelling by car is the best option

Review 13：the 50/60ies inspired sitting areas in the entrance, and the contrast with the modern rooms, the fact that despite being modern, the rooms have friendly and warm atmosphere (wooden floors), are huge and comfy, the bathroom is big was well and very functional. The breakfast offered a lot of choice and I was impressed to read that an enormous effort is made to run the hotel in a sustainable and ecological way - very impressive! Staff is friendly and helpful and efficient - so, very pleased!

Review 16：I booked a Superior room at higher price, but I refused accommodation because it smelt like trade chemichal store. Room was nice but renewed a few days ago, so it still smelt of adhesives, silicones, fresh colors, glue etc. They gave me than a clasic room which was also nice, but they charged me a superior room with an explanation that the price was determinated over Booking page and can not be changed, even I wasn't placed in a superior room. I would also add that Booking mislead the advertised prices, the price of which was advertised as the price with 45% discount, it was the same price as a Hotel on the normal list price.

Review 18：Rooms are stuffy with no ac, opened windows to let some air in but hotel is on a main road so traffic noise was a bit disturbing. Sound insulation is also poor, on our first night there seemed to be a coach load of people awaking at five in the morning and we could hear them all walking around, having showers and flushing toilets. We were above the reception/ kitchen area and could hear the noise from there as well. The hotel clearly caters for coach parties ( we counted four coaches at one point ). Fair enough, but this means that they take over the main restaurant, being provided with live entertainment while the hotel guests have to take their meals in the bar.

Review 19：Staff are excellent, the receptionist that checked us in went well above and beyond her duty...helped us out immensely and spoke great English. Food was good, bar is really nice and the barman helpful.

Review 20：Poor food, frozen vegetables were used for evening meal and sauces tasted of cornflour. Limited menu, no vegetarian option so asked for fish, don't know what it was. No bacon or scrambled egg for us at breakfast, burnt on scraps only. Hotel mainly for coaches. We were shown to the dining room for breakfast but not to a table, then told we were sitting in the wrong place. Glad we were only there one night.

Review 55：This is a large hotel and tends to be dominated by bus groups. They have separate dining facilities for private travelers if they remember to point it out. West facing rooms are hot in summer and can experience noise from busy street. A room at the back presumably avoids this problem. The buses tend to sit and idle their engines especially at the North end of the building.

Review 58：This hotel is absolutely shocking!After being fooled by a clean modern reception area, we found the rooms to be outdated and extremely dirty. The bathroom in particular was dirty and the extractor fan wasn pieces and covered in dirt clearly accumulated over years. Service in the a la carte restaurant off the bar was poor, with one waitress come barmaid struggling to cope with a crowd in the bar, plus seated diners. The hotel was clearly not staffed to cope with the number of guests. But the enduring memory is of a dirty, filthy room!
