Review 1：We were allocated a front room which was right on the highway/road. Even with double glazing and 30 km speed restriction, the road noise was intrusive. For our 3 day stay, we avoided being in the room, which was a disappointment for our stay on the Boden See.
Review 2：Excellent facilities, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Hagnau is a great base location to visit the general area. Excellent balcony out the back. Easy access to ferry. Parking was allocated per room which was as expected.

Review 7：Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a short walk to the lake and close to other towns for day trips. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of variety. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good.
Review 8：The room we had was in the guest house which didn't have an elevator but the staff member who showed us to our rooms helped us with our luggage, so that wasn't a big deal. The bathroom was very small but clean.
Review 9：The hotel was very close to other major towns all along the Bodensee, making for a very easy drive each day we were there. The room was decorated nicely and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. I highly recommend eating there for dinner as well- the food was amazing!

Review 17：Excellent location, 5 min walk from the lake front and ferries. We had a lovely room in the guesthouse (just over the road from the hotel) on the top floor with great views of the lake from the balcony. Excellent breakfast in the morning.

We were put in a small room which was nowhere near as good as the room which we had been allocated, where we moved for the rest of our stay.We received a reduction of 20€ as compensation for this, which was appreciated

Review 20：The fact we were in the guesthouse and not the hotel we had set out to book. No private balcony as our booking confirmation said we had. Minuscule shower room ( no bath). Only 20 metres from busy road with constant traffic by day and lorries all night. No lift in guest house. Better located hotels are available in Hagnau.

Review 22：We enjoyed every single minute in this hotel. Actually we stayed in the annex which is just a few meters next to the main building. Our room was excellent, cosy, clean and spacious with a balcony facing the lake. Gorgeous view on the top floor. Very quiet since room was located at the back side. Modern bathroom with window. Breakfast is great and so are the meals offered for dinner. Very nice breakfast/dining area which includes a wintergarden, and terrace on sunny days. Free parking in front of the house (or at the back). WLAN worked perfectly. This hotel is very well looked after and the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great value for money. We would stay there again anytime.
