Review 1：1. I made upgrade of the room. Upon arrival didn't find all promised services in the room - had to ask reception to fulfill their obligations. In 1 day it was done without apologies! 2. Hairdryer in the room was fixed with tape which was broken. Had to ask staff to fix it. Doesn't match image of 4 stars hotel at all 3. Same Menu at the restaurant every day + you have to buy drinks for Lunch/Dinner 4. The Hotel is up on the hill - a bit hard to walk for elderly people.

Review 2：Very nice swimming pool and Roma bath, sometimes was hard to find not busy time slots. Room was spacious with fine furniture. Very quite and just next to park -convenient for running and walks in the forest.

Review 3：Dishes at breakfast were very dirty. Rooms got hot at night, windows could not stay open, no screens and a warning to keep it closed at night, possibly a safety isssue.

Review 4：Pool was nice, location great even though not in the center, was a short walk through the forest which was beautiful.

Review 5：Although the location is superb unless you have a car the walk up the hill to the hotel can be very tiresome. We did it several times as we didn't know about the hotel bus!

Review 6：The location of the hotel is superb offering extensive views over the "old" town - especially from our room. The facilities are very good with something for everyone.

Review 7：* All and all the hotel is a bit outdated, nothings serious. But if you are picky about these things I would recommend looking further.
