Review 1：Street light outside room window on the fourth floor was just above the window. If you get a family room go for the top floor or at the back.

Review 3：Parking difficult initially as has no entry sign. Also difficult to find if driving by sat nav. Small beds. In family room, there were two twins pushed together but these kept coming apart to the extent my daughter fell in between them during the night. Area nothing special.

Review 5：I visited more B&B hotels in Germany, most of them provided exactly the same level of service (Good), but generaly not to spaceious rooms. This hotel was the best of them according to the large room size
Review 6：the reservation number didn't work, neither did the name of the reservation. the room was charged twice due to a mistake of the B&B system inefficiency. to solve the problem the solution would be to call to a german number with roaming costs.

Review 9：We came late in the evening and left early in the morning. We wanted one night stay and we get it. Even though hotel is close to Hauptbahnhof trains did not disturb our night sleep.
Review 10：One of the advertising points of the hotel is that is sound-proof, but in reality, it is as silent as any other hotel room...You couldn't hear the traffic on the street, but you can hear your neighbor showering. Nothing bothering, but not sound proof as stated in the advertisement.
Review 11：The self check-in procedure was a plus because we arrived late in the evening. We booked this hotel because we were travelling back from croatia with the car with 2 young children. after 10 hours driving (and 6 more to go) we decided to book this hotel to get a good night sleep before getting back in the car for the remaining trip. The family room we booked was very clean and was spacious. The breakfast was basic, but fair for its price (paid separately 7.5 euro per person). The free private parking at the back of the hotel was a plus.

Review 14：Family room for 4 person was two times smaller than in the picture which showed the room consisted of two parts separated by a wall. In reality it is a very small room with no separate zones and is the same size as other rooms. We could not get into the parking (arrived in the night), so dropped the car in the street.
Review 15：We arrived very late because of the heavy snowfall but it was not a problem - you can check in any time even without reservation. The room was clean and breakfast was good.
Review 16：Car park was open to all, so was full with people visiting cinema over the road. Need to arrange a token exit so only those staying in hotel can get out!

Review 18：We arrived the hotel on 11 pm. You have to enter your reservation code at the automatic reception at the entrance and need your credit card and code for payment and entering the hotel. Somehow, we don't know the code of our credit card that we brought. So we cannot access to the hotel
Review 19：about 15-20 min walk from the center of town. we arrived on a sunday and the check-in was automatic since the front desk is closed on weekends. it was ok and easy but the we had to pay with a credit card, and had no one to ask how to get into the parking lot (the entrance in a little street near the hotel that has a no entrance sigh with a little remark that is easy to miss that 40 meters are allowed. plus there no maps of the city, so we had to go the ibis hotel to get some info.

Review 104：I wanted cooler air and I open the window. As the room assign was beside the main street. It was extremely noisy. I'm a light sleeper so I requested to change another room. Bad luck, I was told it was full house for that night. I got problem with registering for Wi-fi. Asked for some help. But to no results.

Review 106：My wife and I were traveling with our 3 years old son, and we booked adouble room, because on booking.com it is written that "Allchildren under 4 years stay free of charge when using existingbeds". Upon check-in, the receptionist told us that we would haveto take a family room, paying 18 euro more. I pointed out what theywrite on booking.com and she said it was a mistake. She was sorry, but Ihad to pay! I would not go back.
Review 107：Comfortable rooms in great location. Good concept and breakfast was Value for money. Reception was helpful and gave all relevant information very well. Wud recommend Guru - a Indian restaurant for some nice food as well. Free car parking is behind the hotel.
