Review 1：Lovely person running the hotel, was kind enough to sort everything out for us, answer our questions and call a taxi the second morning as we didnt know how to get back to town. Nice beer at the bar, clean good sized rooms and the beach is literally 5 minutes away. Highly recommended!

Review 8：Very handy for ferry to Norway. Good clean room with decent size bathroom, plain but everything needed for an overnight stop. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. All staff friendly and helpful. Have stayed a few years ago and just as good as I remembered.

Review 9：Advertised as having a shower, but it wasn't even wall mounted - just a hand held mixer shower connected to the sink in the tiny bathroom. If I book a room with a shower then I at least like to be able to stand under it.

Review 15：They call it " hotel" but it is not a real hotel. It is more an hostel. The interior is very old and worn. The beds are bed and the room is very small. The building is primarely made of wood and is very noisy. It is too expensive for what you get.

Great place to stay if you are waiting for morning ferry in Hirtshals. Manager of this hotel is very nice lady, she will give some tea/coffee pot with some cookies if you're after long journey. She will talk with you and you'll have pleasant stay. Breakfast was very good. Great idea with warm bread :) 100m from hotel is very nice pizza restaurant. I was really surprised with the quality of food. For sure i will go there again. Surroundings are nice with big beach.

Review 69：We were cold. We turned up the heating but nothing to do (there were not more blankets). Also the wifi signal in the room was so poor, then we needed to go out of the room and it was even more colder outside.

Review 76：This was a good choice after taking the late ferry from Norway on the way south. The room was clean, bright, quiet and pleasant, with a basic ensuite bathroom, and free wifi and parking. And the best was the lovely, warm welcome from our hostess who waited the extra hour for us when our ferry was late, and then made us feel like treasured guests, even for just one night. She was equally cheery the next morning. Worth it even just for the welcome!

Review 92：The Hotel was selected to suit an overnight stop from the Harwich/Esjberg ferry and onward ferry to Kristiansand (Norway) the following day. The "proprietrix", Doerte (?) was extremely welcoming and helpful and communication was easy. The accommodations were unpretentious, functional and comfortable enough for our purpose.
