Review 1：The room did not have tea and coffee making facilities, but in fairness a free machine is located in the lobby. A slightly odd way of check in in the second floor and check out on a different level.
Review 2：Good location, within walking distance of some bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has off street car parking. Very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere.
Review 3：On previous visit i arrived very late to find owner had posted a note on the door telling me where my key was so i could let myself in. on good day excellent view across lake into Switzerland.
Review 4：Great accommodation, staff exceptional at catering for the needs of travellers. Comfortable, very clean and had an elevator. Breakfast buffet was superior. Bus stop right out the front. Balcony was wonderful and great view of the lake. Car parking on site. Close access to town and lake. Would definitely recommend it to others.
Review 5：No proper reception area, Customer service was minimal. We were met in the hallway and given a key and that's it. Couldn't find anyone later on to ask for Wi-Fi log in. Wi-Fi info should be provided in the room.The beds are hard and pillows provide no support. TV channel line up list in the room did not match the actual line up what so ever.

Review 21：The hotel is very well situated, about a 20 minute walk from the town and even more so for the lake which is a 5 minute walk away (buses run from outside of the hotel to Uberlingen town centre and nearby train stations). The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is good, and the owner amiable and very helpful. The whole stay was very relaxing and I would recommend the hotel and the area itself unreservedly.
Review 22：The manager was very friendly. I had phoned to say I was arriving late and he kindly left the key out for me. He also arranged for me to have sheep and goat's cheese as I don't eat dairy. He took me to the train station too when i couldn't get a taxi. He was patient when I spoke German very slowly and was friendly and courteous at all times. I will definitely stay at the hotel if I return to Uberlingen. The hotel was warm, superbly clean and I had a lovely large room.
