Review 1：I thought I was allowed to check out late because of my "genius" status, but the hotel did not know anything about this. I had to check out quick in the end.

Review 5：Room was smelly - like blocked drains. Poor cleanliness (a lot og grime on the carpet). Worn sheets and awful pillows. I was not convinced they were clean. Ground floor room was overlooking the carpark and had huge windows with no privacy blinds - Had to draw the curtains which were poorly fitting. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Hardly slept.

Review 7：Very poor customer service. This is a hotel without a dedicated reception and no staff to help customers if needed. Internet service did not work. When reported nothing was done about it during my stay of 3 nights.
Review 8：No human contact at all. A note in the room said that bins were emptied on a daily basis - not so. I stayed 4 nights and the bin was not emptied at all. Also, no maid service for the duration of my stay despite a note saying that this would happen every three days. A kettle in the room would have been useful.

Review 10：WiFi did not work. You need to register using a German mobile phone and we are from abroad so we didn't have one. One girl from hotel staff was very friendly though and tried helping us using her German mobile phone, but the system didn't send her an appropriate text message that is necessary to use the WiFi.

Maybe you could have had 1 or 2 English channels on the television but it is Germany after all so we didn't care. We were glad to be in Germany in your amazing hotel. Review 32：The check-in computer was broken. Neither my room nor another one could be checked in to via the machine. The man who arrived to fix it was utterly clueless. In spite of having reserved via Booking.com, with a credit card 6 weeks earlier, he kept saying, it's not been paid for. The money is deducted after no cancellation automatically. But I still offered cash, to get some sleep. He made us wait for 40 mins -at 3am!!!- while he tried everything we had already done, plus re-booting (he had no idea what he was doing). He finally let us into a room, which he could have done within 5 mins. He had to check if it was occupied by going in first! An appalling "system".

Review 86：I've stayed here lots of times because of location and price but Iget annoyed when everywhere it states after 3 nights towels and bedlinen will be changed, a long wait I think for towels, and it has neverhappened when I've stayed for longer than 3 nights, a bit grim whenI was there for 6/7 nights. This must be sorted as its not just aone off as Its happened everytime, or not as the case may be. Asthere's no reception no one for more towels when you're arrivingafter the restaurant has closed. I will continue to stay. I now have tobring my own towels. 1 each isn't many especially when they'renot changed.
