Review 1：Pool side bar was not open and the indoor bar wasn't manned so the person on reception had to assist, which wasn't always possible if he/she was already busy.
Review 2：I chose this hotel because of its locations location and the fact it had a swimming pool. It also had very pleasant receptionists, one young lady went out of her way to assist us when trying to locate some takeaway food due to the terrific thunderstorm that was taking place.
Review 3：Cleaning wasn't done very well, was dusty at some places for several days. But the worst what could happen is that one morning we discovered a huge cockroach in the bathroom, ~ 5 cm long yellow/orange beast. Horribly scary for 2 ladies and horribly unhygienic. Wifi works bad, unstable. Mattrasses and pillows are very uncomfortable. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Review 11：We loved the hotel. The rooms were perfect and the view breathtaking. I liked the pool. I swam every morning. The only thing that wasn't good was breakfast. They only had one sort of bread, two typens of cereal. No eggs, no toast and so on. Vetter breakfast and the hotel would be perfect.

Review 13：Pool area needs artificial grass and the overbearing concrete walls need some softening with pot plants and a more shade cover. Breakfast is very basic. Lots of steps from front or long walk around is less steep.
Review 14：Staff great , all areas and room very clean. Views great from rooms above 4th floor also nice and quiet. There are many good restuarants on front which is only 5 mins away. Egg and bacon breakfast from cafeteria down step next to Poli Clinica (on roundabout) on main Street Great location... Seis Perlas one of best places to eat on front. Italian on front yellow tablecloths great food! So many good places.
Review 15：we asked for a higher room & quiet room next to building site . asked for move ok but in a room r for disabled .No curtain or screen round shower hence water all over tiled floor like a ice rink . asked if we could have lunch told no as we had not booked ( only 2 people in for lunch) One of the window blinds did not work.no plugs in wash hand basin the wc blocked had to go to ground floor toilet NO paper.At breakfast food ok all set out only 8 people in room 4 staff all chatting & leaning on counter more like a dos house. Told reception last day he was very smart .He said he was sorry, & so are we

Review 27：All of it; a very relaxing week, just what we had hoped for. Staff were available if you wanted them; otherwise, they seemed to respect your privacy in every way. Would definately recommend this hotel.
Review 28：The balcony is rather small. If you wish to enjoy sunlight without leaving the hotel, you should take a room with a terrace, which is a bit more expensive. However the terrace is large, with a great view to the sea and it is in sunlight for the whole day.
Review 29：I have never been in a hotel with such a responsive, friendly and helpful staff, their attitude was great! There is a wonderful view from the hotel's panoramic restaurant. There is also a nice view from the hotel room window. The hotel room is perfectly maintained and tidy. The swimming pool is clean and nice. Wi-Fi is completely satisfactory for travelling and recreational purposes. The hotel is in a great location itself and there is always a parking place available next to it. All in all - great experience and I recommend it!
Review 30：The steps up to the hotel was the only downside, but there is an entrance poolside if you are coming in from the beach.
Review 31：Everything! The room was lovely, cleaned everday. The reception staff very friendly, professional and would go outof their way to be helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and family and anyone else. The bars, restaurants and the town were excellent.
Review 32：There are only two downsides to the hotel. One is the amount of steps up from the amenities & beach (there is another route to the entrance but it's a bit longer) but once you are checked in & get a key card you can use the pool entrance which only has about a third of the steps. Two is the WiFi, it is free but is alittle hit & miss the further from the reception you get.
Review 33：We've stayed here twice now & both times have been excellent. The hotel is situated so close to all the amenities. The beach, shops, bars & restaurants are all within a two minute walk, also the tram station is easily accessible for day trips out of compello. The staff are lovely, always willing to help & couldn't do enough for you. We love it & will definitely stay again.

We pressed the bell but no one came to help us we banged on the door and shouted for help and still no one came to help us the lift was saying we were on level 4 with the flashing buttons after 10 minutes of nobody coming to help us my husband prized the doors open and we had to climb out of the lift which turned out to be on the underground floor the level indicater was flashing FS . When we got to the reception desk to tell them what had happened to us the lady said sorry and took our room number and that was it It was the worst 10 minutes of my life and no one from the hotel did anything to help us.if there's anything to learn from this is that the staff don't do anything even when your pressing the emergency button
