Review 1：There's not much to do on foot near the hotel but that said the beautiful Schloss Swerin is but a short drive away.

Review 2：Beautifully renovated warehouse on the edge of the Zeigelsee. Our room had a wonderful lake view. The meal in the restaurant was outstanding and the staff we very friendly and helpful.

Review 3：Easy check in, very welcoming and friendly staff, nice family/small business vibe rather than large hotel chain. Our 2.5 year old was very welcome also, no problem there. Really amazing views, great restaurant, overall just perfect.

Review 7：The view from the bedroom overlooking the lake is stunning and the bedroom 307 is very comfortable. The staff are very attentive and all speak excellent English. This hotel has had the best WiFi so far and has not dropped out once. The food in the restaurant is very good a bit on the expensive side but you can have a drink and do not have to drive. The breakfast had a good range of choice with excellent service. You can rent a bike for 10€ and cycle around the lake

Review 8：The location by the lake side is potentially a very attractive one and it was a shame that it was fairly cold and wet while we were there and there was therefore no opportunity for being outside. The room was spacious and attractive and the bathroom equally so and provided with good toiletries. The free bottle of water was appreciated. The downstairs area is extremely spacious and the restaurant roomy. The quality of service was excellent and even rather excessively keen when it came to clearing. Reception was friendly and helpful and car parking was no issue at all with an extensive area available just outside the door,

Review 11：It was a one mile walk from the hotel to the town centre where anything of interest was located. Our room did not have a safe or a fridge/minibar. Would have expected these in a 4 star hotel and for the rate we were paying.

Review 12：Overall we enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel. Our room was a good size and it was pleasant having a direct view over the lake. Staff were mainly polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and we had one very good dinner in the restaurant on an evening when we decided not to walk back into town. There was free wifi which worked fairly well, although a little bit annoying to have to type in a long code every time we logged on.

Review 23：If you're looking for a very sleepy/peaceful location this is ideal. It was a tiny bit out from the main part of the city but easily accessible. Suggestions of restaurants were also exceptionally quiet ones which was not ideal with two teenagers in tow but not sure if Schwerin had anything lively anyway (it's scarily quiet).

Review 33：The hotel is a restored industrial building overlooking the lake. The quality of the conversion and decor is excellent. The view from our room over the lake as the sun set was magical. The hotel is located 5 minutes by car from the castle and the charming town of Schwerin. Free on site parking is available. Excellent breakfast served in a dining room over looking the lake. This hotel represents real value for money and we would recommend it.
