Review 1：There is no restaurant serving dinner and the hotel is not in the centre of the village, so it is a bit of a walk to find something to eat. The staff could be friendlier and more helpful, but I understand that their behabviour is considered normal in the Sauerland.
Review 2：The hotel and room were nice, newly renovated and clean; breakfast was good.
Review 3：The room could use some tea and coffee making facilities. There was no restaurant in the hotel for evening meals.
Review 4：The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty available for the buffet breakfast. The large shower was lovely and room was neat and tidy. The town is a really short walk away, but the steps down are very steep if you have walking difficulties.
Review 5：Too many chat's in the relaxroom of the wellness.Too soft bed pillow. Not much possibilities in the bathroom to install the toiletbag and to fix the dresses.

Review 22：We lived in a very large appartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with ALL amenities). The breakfast was very good. Each day at breakfast we received Hochheide Post which was had proposals for activities and tours (both on foot and on mountainbike). The hotel is very close to the Lagunen-Erlebnisbad. Free WiFi - not the fastest one but it works. The hotel supplies you with the MeineCard plus which gives you free entrance to a lot of activities in both Willingen as well as cities/areas nearby. It also gives you free public transportation. Due to this our holiday ended up being not-expensive. Great area to spend your holiday in.
