Review 1：the only negative is it isn't close to town but parking was very good and had a car so minor detail for me.

Review 5：I wrote when I reserved the room that my husband will need a place to put his ebike with the little carriage for the suitcase. We put it in the hotel's garden but you moved it the road outside. There weren't anyone in the reception so we didn't know where to put it.

Review 15：Almost new hotel with brightly decorated room. We did a tour and visited several places but this bed was the most comfortable. Staff were friendly. Free parking in underground car park. Lift great with heavy suitcase, Public transport to town - bus stop practically opposite the hotel, but we had to walk approx 200 yards down a slight incline to the intersection and another bus stop with other lines into town. Air conditioning. Shower and toilet beautifully kitted out.
Review 16：No bad experience at all, but it is best suited for travellers with a car, being in the suburbs. For a hotel that seems to value efficiency and functionality, the whole breakfast service needs a complete rethink as its offerings were difficult to access.
Review 17：Hotel was fresh and modern, with plenty of parking, small but clean and functional rooms, excellent air conditioning, good wifi. Had everything we needed and we were very pleased with our choice. It is a stopover hotel for those who are on a work assignment or sightseeing, not one where you would spend relaxation time.

Review 22：The location is way out of the way. There are no facilities or restaurants nearby and it is difficult without a car to get to downtown (no nearby bus stops. Breakfast was chaos as it is serve yourself and crammed into one wall (the bread, meat and cheese and cutlery were all stacked one above the other, so people are waiting or more likely shoving each other to get to what they need). Also the coffee was not good.

Review 24：Nothing too bad, just the location means a 40+minute (nice) walk to town or a €9 cab fare. However, I think local transport is available by way of buses.. I didn't bother to find out.

Review 26：Hotel was located quite a distance from the Altstadt of Passau. At check in this was the only hotel that insisted on making a copy of our passport/id. The Dutch Government advises its citizens not to allow copies of passports to be made unless for official governmental purposes to prevent identity fraud. Breakfast was very basic.

Review 31：I spent one night here while driving back to Hungary. It's a brand new hotel,so everything is new. The room was spacious and the design is nice. I had a room on the top floor and it was quiet. I didn't have much contact with the staff, but the receptionist was very friendly. I didn't try the breakfast as I wanted to continue my journey as soon as possible. What I especially liked is that you don't need to check out. You pay upon arrival and then you just leave whenever you want in the morning.
