Review 1：No fridge in room, slow response to repair small defects, being asked to pay for breakfast while sitting eating it. Difficulty in finding street parking near to hotel entrance.

Review 2：Spotlessly clean newly reformed hotel & restaurant, great sea views all the way up to Benidorm, well worth the supplement.

Review 3：I had pre booked for 4 nights but wanted to stay only 1 in the end due to a family bereavement, but they were insistent I had to pay for the full 4 nights. No compassion at all.

Review 6：There is a casual approach to the access to the facilities that does not put any pressure on the clients. The refrigerator in each room is very welcoming to enable clients to store necessary things and water and cold drinks. The staff are very welcoming and engage in conversations and discussion with clients. There was good support for disabled customers with the availability of a special number of rooms, with wet rooms.

Review 7：Staff does not speak English which is not convenient from service point of view. You cannot ask anything... Poor breakfast at additional price. Bad restaurant which is strange for such great location with sea view. Rooms with Windows to the street are noisy due to cars. No kettle in the room

Review 8：Great location. Big clean rooms with big beds and bathroom. Changing towels every day. Staff is friendly and always smiling.

Review 9：Fantastic location for beach & restaurants. We caught the tram which was a 10 min walk from the hotel into Alicante to visit the castle. Great variation of restaurants to choose from along the prom.

Review 17：The staff for some reason were not welcoming and did not even want yo give eye contact. Awful customer service checking out was a nightmare at 630 am we could not find anyone to pay our final bill, then we heard a rumble from the restaurant side where a non English speaking night guard rubbing his eyes came towards us , he then struggled to work out how to use the payment machines (credit card payment) he then handed us another customers invoice! Terrible!

Review 19：Requested an upper floor & sea view - didn't get either. Got a 1st floor room at the top of the stairs which was really noisy from other guests and staff in the restaurant below getting the breakfast ready

Review 21：The staff are a bit miserable. Not very helpful. Their stock of Bacardi was nil for the entire week . Also the first floor is not the best place to be , because of the noise from the bar, which in general was the staff.

Review 25：The Restaurant at "La Familia " Hotel looks like it is there just or the décor....feels very impersonal and completely detached (!!!!) from the hotel...I never felt comfortable there ...the coffee is good ...but that's it...nothing more...I had a meal there (Lunch) on my last day....Very Disappointing...Could certainly be better and could also do better ...

Review 26：Everything about the hotel is just formidable....the location, the staff, the room, the cleanliness, ...it is just above all expectations...I also stayed in their second hotel ...La Familia - Gallo Rojo...just around the corner from there...an absolute pleasure to be hosted there , especially for a person with limited mobility...You are a Gem.....!!!!

Review 35：Lights were always turned off, just coming on with sensor motion when you walked past. Walking into the hotel from the beach wasn't inviting as everything was so dark. We stayed room only but a notice in the lift stated that meals had to be taken at the restaurant nearby as their kitchens were closed.

Review 36：The bed was really big and luxurious. The room was very large and airy. The aircon kept the whole hotel at a very pleasant temperature. Very nice to have a fridge in the room. We paid extra for the sea view and it was definitely worth it. Stunning!

Review 96：my room was up one flight of stairs from bar area, which i think.. was mainly occupied by the night staff/friends. They had very extremely noisy. The later it got the louder...into the early hours. this i found to be frustrating and inconsiderate, it prevented me getting a good sleep for the entire 4 nights i was there. I am sure the management would have also been very disappointed . Since i believe they did their best to make sure everything was perfect.

Review 104：It was a very pleasant stay. It is family owned and the couple were very friendly being very helpful 24 hours da day. It has been recently renovated and is very clean. Request a seaview room it is worth the extra cost.
