Review 1：I arrived late and there was no reception staff around to let me into the guesthouse. After a stressful search I was able to find a number to call only to find out that my room had been released to someone else. Eventually staff arrived and chucked the bags of the other person out of "my" room. The person was not in at the time which was a little bit concerning. However, the main issue was that I was asked to let the person that had just been chucked out know that the room was in fact mine, if he/she/they were to appear. Fortunately nobody came so I imagine the problem was sorted before it got to me.
