Review 1：There was limited hotel parking but that was not a major problem as there was lots of free public parking across the road.
Review 2：The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location and rooms were great. It was so good i wanted to stay longer but they were sold out!

Review 14：We don't have a huge complaint as such. Our only comment is that there was no socket within reach of the water kettle's cable length from where it was placed on the table.

Review 16：The carpets in the rooms are very badly stained, and in desperate need of either replacing, or a professional deep clean. This factor spoils the feel of the overall cleanliness, which is actually good.

Review 50：It was our third time staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly & helpful. B/fast is plenty and has lots of choices. We didn't try the evening meals but it always looked delicious and plenty. I would recommend this hotel any day.

Review 57：Only one demerit. My room was hot. Very hot. Eventually, with snowoutside, I left the window open. It was then a bit less hot, but stillwarm! Turn the heating down? Yes.
