Review 1：The hotel is old and need renewal
Review 2：The staff are amazing at the reception,bar and the room service.. The staff made me feel welcome and they helped me alot and alot so i wont forget them The location is great and about 5 minutes walking from the old town The room is wide and has alot of space
Review 3：Despite the wardrobes being large, some drawers in bedroom (possibly next to the beds) would be useful. The towels were also on the small side (although the hotel happily provided us with extra). The bathrooms were clean, but looked a little 'tired' around the actual shower/bath area. The breakfast offered a nice choice of food but was pricey, especially for a family of four and we ate out.
Review 4：We had asked for adjoining rooms prior to our stay as we were travelling with our two daughters. The hotel ensured that this is what we were allocated and both rooms were spacious and clean, with a door in-between the rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times throughout our stay and dealt promptly with any additional requests we had. Good location just a five minute walk from Bismarckplatz (where trams and buses come and go from) and about a 25 minute walk to the older part of Heidelberg. Great to have some tea making facilities in the hotel - not all hotels in HD seemed to provide this, but the Leonardo City Centre did and it was much appreciated!
Review 5：Greeted with champagne! Comfortable accommodations a short walk from the main old town area. Great breakfast! One of the best showers I've seen in Europe. The staff even helped us fix a broken wheel on our luggage.

Review 9：The rooms are very good, spacious, comfortable and clean, this was a surprise given the outside appearance of the hotel. The staff were excellent, no issues with English language
Review 10：No one answered when I called down to reception several times. Had totake my computer down there as WiFi is difficult to get into. Severalothers at reception with same issues. They need to make getting intoWiFi easier. Instructions in book incorrect and they were aware ofthat. Shower would not stay up so had to be hand held. No fridge eventhough I had called the night before and was told there was a fridge.We then had to pack up all our belongings and move to another room.I've stayed in many hotels in Heidelberg and would go back to anyof them but not Leonardo.

Review 18：The location is in the middle of nowhere: neither close to the old town or train station. The internet was terrible - it never worked even once for my laptop, and the computer in the lobby was a complete disaster. As a result, the simple task of printing a rail ticket and boarding pass was a total nightmare. The breakfast room was overcrowded and poorly stocked. All of the furnishings were old and worn. There was no fridge in the room.

Review 38：one thing I really didn't get along with was a strange smell on the hallway of the fifth floor, where our room was located. To my nose, it was too pungent to be from some cleaning liquid. I had to close my nose until we could get in to the room. But inside the room, there was no problem at all.

I stayed in a room which have a view to the main street and tram line. - I had preferred non-smoking room. However, it was offered to me first a room with reeky smell of smoke.When I shifted to a non- smoking room, yet, guests were smoking in the corridor as no board signs for Not Smoking in the corridor. - No safe box in the room. - Not good value for money.
