Review 1：The walls are very thin and you can hear everything next door. Our neighbour got a wake up call at 05.30 am from the guy in the reception, he came banging in the door to wake them and then they had a loud conversation in the corridor. Why not just call there room insted of waking everybody on our floor?

Review 2：Good location of hotel. Very spacious and clean nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Ok breakfast, simple (a bit too much sweets). A little to pricy if you compare to hotels in BsAs. They also have a additional tax fee per night. The hotel is a bit worn down, but the rooms are ecxellent and thats most important.

Review 3：WiFi was relatively weak, but I think it is everywhere. The guy on the last day was not too worried, however, when my cab didn't show up early to take me to the airport. I just hailed a cab on my own outside.

Review 5：I found the reception staff rude and their stock answer to every question was to turn their backs and say "no english " The wifi access only worked a few hours on one of the six days of my stay. China in the breakfast was chipped and lots of the cups were cracked. Overall one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.

Review 40：Keep in mind that the cost of this hotel was very cheap so it didn't surprise me that the hotel wasn't very nice. The bed was not comfortable. I could feel the springs of the mattress. The towels were dirty as well. I could deal with this for one night but if you are looking to stay longer I would not recommend staying here.

Review 41：My friend and I needed a place to stay in mendoza for one night and this hotel was a good location from restaurants and bus stops. It was one of the cheaper options around the area. It also included a free breakfast.

Review 46：Breakfast menú was poor. Restaurant staff were not helpful in fact they were rather rude and made our first breakfast at the hotel an uncomfortable experience. Other people that were there had issues as we did but they went to management. The following days we went out to another place for breakfast as we were on holidays and didn't want our day to begin badly.

Review 48：- Bad location, pretty guetto area - Old rooms are ugly so you have to cross your fingers - Front desk guys aren't very helpful - the worse is that the price paid when making the reservation was completely different when I wanted to pay my bill. This understanding that there is a 21% tax added to what this website tells you. I've stayed there 3 times, all 3 times I had 3 surprises. I can do my math pretty good but they don't care. I will never stay there again.

Review 69：There was a quite big difference between the pictures on booking.com andour room. Seems like some rooms in the other part of the Hotel arerenovated, ours was not. Very old furniture, the view outside the windowwas a wall but really ankunft was the ventilation System of the kitchenin front of our window, which was very noisy. The airconditioning wassmelling like a dead animal the first days, in the bathroom we found acockroach. All in all too expensive for what you get.
