Review 1：It's a bit bland as a hotel - no real character. Bit far to restaurants. Wifi was also a bit intermittent.

Review 6：Great family unit with 3 separate double bedrooms. Great breakfast included also. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom with separate toilet both clean. Overall very comfortable stay and great value for money.

Review 9：I have booked an apartment for 6 people and a single room, and I had a very big and unpleasant surprise to find out on the road, calling the property for checking -in hour, that the single room was booked twice and we have to stay all 7 of us in the apartment- with a single bath! The owner said it was a mistake from booking.com, so I would very much want to know what was the problem, so it wouldn't appear again.
Review 10：We had an apartment with 3 bedrooms, it was very clean and comfortable ,but it didn't had a living room and only one bathroom and separate toilet. The staff was very attentive, the breakfast was good, overall we had a nice experience.

Review 12：Good value for money, good breakfast. For three persons they provided the whole top floor where we did used two bedrooms for the same price. Hacienda is a small hotel.
Review 13：I am unsure about the theme of the hotel (Spanish name, not really Spanish interior decoration more around international theme / mixed with some Banksy reproductions on the wall...confusing) finally some Panton chairs in the breakfast room. They should stick to the modern/Vitra style decoration; in my opinion more suited for a German hotel.
Review 14：We have booked an apartment (for 6 people/3 x double room). The apartment was specious, clean with a good size bathroom and a separate toilet. Free parking, wifi, tea facilities in the room. Good breakfast included into the apartment price. It is a good 30min walk from the hotel to the lake but for us it was not a problem. Ideally, TV could have some English channels and the owner could speak a bit of English but overall it was a pleasant experience. Recommended.

Review 54：Water in sink of shower room was scalding hot however couldn't get shower more than luke warm. Towel rack wouldn't hold towels and no place to hang hand towel in toilet/sink room. Also no outlet in toilet room to enable hair drying while someone in shower. Would be nice to have a second place with outlet and mirror either in toilet room or bedroom. Family apt on third floor so hard to lug luggage up stairs.
Review 55：Immaculately clean, looks brand new with fun decor, close to airport, enough space for family of five at reasonable price. Had to leave early to catch flight so wasn't able to have breakfast.
