Review 1：place was difficult to find, because it is kind of hidden behind a shopping mall

Review 3：at breakfast we asked for some eggs but they told us it is not possible but later the waitresshad a big portion of scrambled eggs after her shift. :)@

Review 10：We ordered a baby bed but we didn't get it from the staff. The guy told that he can give it for 20€ EVEN it is free - on your website. Check the guy who was working at 24th Oct night - he is working to his pocket... We had to sleep in one bed with our daughter. Wasn't comfortable! The guy at 25th Oct morning also didn't want to help us by the name of the last night guy.

Review 12：When booking the hotel I wrote under special wishes that I would arrive between 12.00 and 13.00h. Getting there the receptionist told me the room wouldn't be available before 15.00h. Making the remark that I especially pointed it out that I need the room earlier, she got a bit snappy telling me I should have read the hotel conditions on their website. Well, after some up and down, she finally checked with the cleaning ladies if the room was already done... and indeed I could check in. Annoying when one is travelling since 5.00 h in the morning and need to have those useless discussions

Review 13：Breakfast extra, didn't have. Rooms as small as on a cruise ship,had to look over husband's elbow to see T.V., far out in suburbs.They said coffee available in lobby any time but after I had some, theycharged me for the two cups.
