Review 1：it is not a 4 stars hotel hotel after little modernisation pretends 4stars hotel, ghost of the 70ies in the air breakfast- coffee horrible, if you come later you have worse choice of food, no free mineral water in the room,

Review 3：A very affordable Hotel in a Spa area. Hotel is situated in a quiet park area. We rented a suite with balcony, the suite was excellent and spacious with very nice bathroom. Staff was very helpful and serviceminded. This is a "Spa / health resort", but be aware that the Spa and health facilities are not operated by the hotel. We had a excellent massage once we made a reservation. We enjoyed the pool. The gym was difficult to time - limited opening hours in evenings. Be avare that there is a high avarage age - since it´s a health resport.

Review 4：Some of the shopkeepers in the town are extremely rude (not Czech people but Thai or Chinese?). Sorry, that's a harsh thing to say but it's true

Review 5：The buildings in Frantiskowy Lazne are completely amazing- a hidden treasure! The restaurant in town with accordion music with ice hockey team pictures

Review 6：There was nowhere to eat after 9 pm, the town was dead in the evening, the furnishing of the room and the hotel needs some spruce up (looks little bit scruffy), breakfast only till 9 am, and the ugly green carpet on the terrace
