Review 1：We prepaid for the hotel when we booked it on booking.com, but when we got there, they didn't tell us at all that we've paid already, and charged us again. It has been three months and they still haven't returned the money. The location is also horrible - it is right next to the main street meaning there are cars 24/7, it's very noisy and we did not have any good sleep.

Review 2：Too many supplements. Many services that in other hotels are included, like WiFi, breakfast, child bed, here have an additional cost. We had even to pay the full breakfast price for our 2 little children, 1 and 4 years old, who had just few cereals with some milk.

Review 4：The whole corridor was smelling strongly from the kitchen. The room was overlooking the street, so it was quite noisy during the night. Although the room was big and comfortable, it did not have any basic facilities: no fridge, no boiler, nothing! The receptionist was impolite and rather unhelpful.

Review 6：They do not offer what most simple hotels do: wifi; Parking was full; staff speaks no English (not a problem, just be aware); Bar/restaurant closes to early. The value for one night was too much for the service in general.

Review 8：Unfortunately there was a problem with the hot water, having been told in the morning they seemed to have done nothing about it, only on again telling them in the late afternoon did they seem to react. Late at night the tablet suddenly lit up in the room with the message they had a problem with the hot water and it was being attended to. Still not fixed in the morning, didn't really appreciate cold showers. No apology offered about this, not very satisfactory.

Review 9：Good welcome, good restaurant, a bit different in having a Samsung tablet in the room, useful for internet access.

Review 12：We stayed in the family room which has very low ceiling, old furniture and no decoration..a little bit like a prison. The space would be too small if 4 people stay (we were only 2), the location just beside to street could hear the noise.

Review 13：Everything was very nice. You can see the lake from the hotel and it's Just a short walk to the lake. The dinner was very good. The male staff was also our waiter and he was AMAZING! We ate on the upper terrace outside with the vinyard as a backdrop - the waiter made numerous trips up and down the stairs to the deliver drinks and food, never once complained. Very polite and helpful. We would stay there again!

Review 31：Family room way too small, loud noises due to the hotel being situated on the main street through town, shower hardly drained, plastic towel rack broken, old worn towels with holes, stains on carpet, extremely limited breakfast that was totally overpriced considering they had an in house restaurant. Luckily we decided to go to town where we had an awesome breakfast for the same price. We checked out early due to uncomfortable and unsatisfactory accommodations. Expected more considering the room price. This is more like a two star hotel, not three stars.

Review 32：The inhouse Steak Restaurant

Review 33：The Resturant was over priced for the type food served. The food tasted old. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the lake straight down and then straight back up. The parking is not on site but down the road, any parking at the hotel is designated for the Resturant. They did not clean our room or exchange towels until we complained at 5 pm after coming back from being gone all day and wanted to rest, then they were angry that we complained and wanted it cleaned. On check out they tried to charge us for 3 day of breakfasts times 2 and we had not eaten breakfast there ever and told them at check in we would not. Breakfast was not included in our hotel package or rate, we were aware of that and chose not to pirchase it. It was an additional 54 euros written on our bill and the clerk argued with us and had to call 2 other people on the phone to validate that we had not purchased any breakfasts. She then became angry and would not change the bill and just told us the amount owed without the breakfasts. We cannot recommend this hotel at all to anyone. Poor location, poor service, and shady business practices.

Review 35：Noise from the street all night long. No fan or air-con in the room so windows had to be kept open which meant you can hear buses, cars, etc all the time.
