Review 1：The hotel is perfectly located to walk to the old town, the pay for parking is close but not at the hotel, and on 'rough'ground. Fine but not ideal. The room was spacious and clean but coffee/tea facilities would have been nice. We would recommend this hotel to friends.

Review 17：I stayed on the 7th floor but the lift was only going to the 6th floor which wasn't great for carrying a heavy suitcase. We came across two members of staff and even though they were very friendly either of them spoke English. There was no mini bar in the room even though it was advertised.

Review 18：Great location close to Schloss Schwerin and city centre. I had a problem with Wi-Fi in my room and even though the man at the reception didn't speak English we somehow managed to communicate and it shortly got sorted.

Review 19：The hotel room is tidy, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thelocation of the hotel is convenient, close to the castle, museum, etc.The breakfast is very German, healthy.

Review 20：The website stated there was a refrigerator in the room and there wasn't one. This was especially important as we needed to keep insulin cool during our travels. Would be much better with tea and coffee making facilities also (there was plenty of room for this). Shower tricky to get right. No lift in the wing we were in and we were on the fourth floor - luckily we are relatively fit but others may have difficulties. Would need to request a lower floor or a room with lift access if needed.
