Review 1：No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was a facility in reception at the charge of 1 Euro per drink

Review 3：Booked on ground floor because of disabilities. We're rebooked on first floor. Hotel had no elevator. It was difficult to get luggage in room. Absolutely no help or explanation from staff.

Review 7：The location is hard to beat: from our sea-view room, we had a lovely view on the fjord and the hotel garden, including many flowers still in bloom. The breakfast room included Northern-German style touches and many beautiful decorative details. The city beach is only a couple of minutes walk ing distance away.
