Review 1：Far too expensive for a hotel, where the reception closes at 22:30 and you have to get the key at a hotel 5 minutes walk away, carrying luggage. The room was oriented to a very narrow shaft, which was noisy due to a ventilation machine and worked as a resonance space. Expensive internet ! - not acceptable 2015 for a business hotel. The receptionist sent the taxi to the wrong place...

Review 3：The location couldn't be better. Schattenburg Caste is right above on the hill, parking areas are across from the main entrance, and the other entrance leas to the pedestrian zone of the old town.
Review 4：Paid expensive wi-fi, no amenities for a 4* hotel (swimming pool, etc miles away in another hotel), you don't even find hair conditioner which you would expect for a 4*. Definitely not a 4* place regarding facilities.
Review 5：Breakfast served early, fresh fruit available, large quiet room.
Review 6：Please clean the carpet. Most of it needs to be replaced as it has either burns or gum in the carpet. Paid a lot of money to stay here. Would have found something else but it was very late in the day and we were in a strange city.
Review 7：The young man at reception did his best to find us a room with clean carpeting but all 4 rooms had filthy, stained and some worn carpeting. I told him that the orange carpet in the entrance was filthy and it should be cleaned to present a good first impression of the hotel. The bathrooms were very nice.

Review 16：The location is perfect. Just park the car and walk through the old town. And situated above is the Schattenburg Castle - a great place to have dinner.

Review 23：1) I ordered one big bed but got two single ones. Receptions told me that they don't have big beds at all. 2) Machine, which sells bottles with drinks, works wrong. Entering of difference codes has the same result. 3) When I booked room, one of reasons to choose this hotel was free Wi-Fi. But it costs 5 Euro / hour.

Review 25：Low quality, high price. No curtain in room, no possibility to switchoff heating, not clean. Smell in the hotel was terrible, like being inthe kitchen of the McDonalds.

Review 29：If you face the back street where all the shops and restaurants and bars are, you will have noise all night long, especially on Friday and Saturday.
Review 30：We liked that it was within walking distance to the train station. It also had many places to eat close by.
Review 31：there was no personnel at night, I had to walk go to Best western hotel to get the key in the middle of the night. It was totally unprofessional. Never again.
