Hotel NH Heidelberg sells fast on our site. This 4-star hotel provides large, air-conditioned rooms, regional food, free WiFi, a fitness centre and a spa. It is a 10-minute walk from Heidelberg Train Station and 350 feet from the Volkshochschule Tram Stop.
Built as a brewery in 1907, the NH Heidelberg offers rooms with dark woods and warm colours. Hairdryers are provided in the bathrooms. Late check-out is available free of charge on Sundays until 17:00.
Italian meals are served in our restaurant Gallo NerO. A large beer garden is available in the summer. Drinks are served all day in the NH’s lobby bar and café.
Guests have free use of the NH Heidelberg’s fitness centre. For a small fee, guests can also relax in the the steam room and the sauna at the spa. Rental bicycles are also available.

Review 1：Not so clean toilet (WC) Queen size bed too small Poor, weak, low bandwidth free wifi.

Review 3：We also stayed in the NH Hotel in Frankfurt and they had tea and coffee makig facilities but Heidelberg did not. It would be nice to be able to relax and have a tea/coffee after being out all day.

The staff member seemed mainly interested in pointing out that we had apparently made a mistake, rather than checking whether a twin room was still available. - The air condition was on cold and on full force and could not be turned off by us or the reception (in October).

Review 25：The only Thing I didn't like, is that on Booking.com, it said there is free late check-out on Sundays. When I tried to book that, NH said it would cost extra. When I wrote to NH Headquarters, I received a rather short answer stating that they are not responsible for what it says on booking.com. But it seems that they are indeed responsible for what it says on booking.com

The rooms were extremely hot and when we called the front desk the attendant came up to the room to check the ac and with sweat dripping down his forehead he said the ac there didn't work like in America. We had to sleep with the windows open and had the most un confortable night we could possibly have in a hotel. I wish for the general manager of this hotel to actually sleep in one of this rooms because the lobby was nice and cool and had wifi but the rooms didn't! Other than that, it's a pity cause is a nice modern hotel with good breakfast.

Review 42：Everything about my stay here was positive. The NH Hotel in Heidelberg is superb. Great all round service. Large, comfortable room and a stellar breakfast. It's not the cheapest option available, but is great quality.

Review 55：Very expensive parking €20 per day and if your car stayed more than 24 hours, it will be €20 + €2 per additional hour (up to 11), so one day can be for €26, for example. Paid WiFi (about €10 per day) was only 1 Mbps.

Review 57：To start we were given a single room, with one pillow and one towel despite that our booking confirmation said or two people. When we complained we were told the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do except bring another blanket! ?? I had booked two months almost in advance!! The lady at reception was very apologetic but could not think of a single solution to help the issue and apparently on a Saturday night when the hotel is fully booked there is no manager on duty! I was promised I would receive a refund on my payment by the manager in tut in the morning but come the morning there was again no manger on duty! Despite a display on the wall saying the name of the manager on duty! Moreover it was explained to me that actually to me that their single rooms are also double rooms (despite that is a single bed?!) and there is no difference in price but more or less a lottery as to which size room you will get an so no refund was possible! Added to this, the spa is not open in the morning only from 5pm and there is a crack in the door of the hamman so it was actually quite chilly!! Finally the room across from us left a tray of finished ice cream and other food outside their door at about 7pm and it was still sitting there at 3pm the following day!!!
