Review 14：Za 2 roky od otevření šla úroveň hotelu a personálu značně dolů. Ačkoliv bylo velmi chladno, nemáte možnost si sami regulovat teplotu v pokoji, protože je nastavená na 22 C a dokud teplota v pokoji neklesne pod tuto hodnotu, netopíte. Strávili jsme v hotelu 2 noci a ani jeden večer netekla po 22:00 teplá ani vlažná voda. Když jsem toto reklamoval, byl jsem poměrně arogantně odbyt, že jsem jediný a že je to velmi divné. Kartičku "nerušit" jsem sundaval ze dveří okolo poledne, bohužel úklid na pokoji už neproběhl. Jako bonus pro zajímavou zábavu byla v sobotu večer v restauraci živá hudba s repertoárem "Eva a Vašek" a mix popu 70. a 80. let, což bylo však pro úroveň tohoto hotelu naprosto mimo. Platíte za parkování 75 Kč za den, bohužel parkoviště je úplně plné a přijedete-li později, nemáte šanci zaparkovat. Jako bonus po mých stížnostech mi byly nabídnuty při placení lázeňské oplatky v ceně cca. 30 Kč, které jsem s díky odmítl. After 2 years since opening the level of hotel and staff went rapidly down. There was a very cold weather but you have no chance to regulate temperature on your room. The temperature is fixed on 22 C and up to the moment the temperature goes under this level the heating is off. We spent 2 nights in the hotel and there was on the evening after 22:00 no hot or lukewarn water. When I claimed that I was arogantly refused that I am the only one claiming it and that it is very strange. I took off the plate "do not disturb" from doors around midday but no cleaning service was provided. On Saturday evening there was a very funny music group with oldies repertoar but for the level of this hotel completely not suitable. You pay for parking 3 EUR per day but if you come later evening there is no chance to park. After my claims I was offered as a compensation "spa" wafers of value about 1 EUR what I have refused with many thanks.

Review 16：A very friendly welcome from the receptionist. Lovely decorated hotel. Very clean everywhere. Friendly staff. Spacious double room. Very comfortable bed and wonderful fresh clean bedding. Superb shower. Nice quiet location. Would definitely visit this hotel again and recommend it.

Review 17：The hotel town is small and quiet "its good for old people". There is only one masseuse for many guests, so you have to book early "one or two days before". most of all staff do not speak english but they can help you.

Review 19：The politics of everybody have to be nude to go to sauna and turkish bath, people are shy of each other but have to be without any clothes. Very strange rule.

Review 20：Very pleasant stay. The room was very cosy and clean with big balcony, the minibar was very cheap. The bad was nice also. Wi-fi was without any problems. The swimming pool is small but equipped with different whirpools, sauna and turkish bath also was good. Breakfast also was nice. Thanks to this hotel for our relax and comfort.
