Review 1：Breakfast, room service, room complimentaries. Room not freshened up on our first day.hotel did not provide commodities like iron a hair dryer. I think that should be improved upon.

Review 3：- Lot of stairs, no lift. - Wi-Fi available at reception desk only, elswhere the signal is lost.

Review 5：Arrived at 7.30pm to find the hotel locked up and looking like it was empty. There was a note on the door saying in German only that the hotel closes at 6.00PM!! What?? Luckily there was a couple coming out of the hotel who explained this to me. Told me to press the intercom button, a head pokes out of a 1st floor window and yells at me what do you want. When I tell him that I'm booked into the hotel, he relents and unlocks the door. Most unfriendly people I have met, and there was no B/fast as indicated.
Review 6：The photos on the website looked quite good but the reality was quite dowdy Bremerhaven was a dead town and choice of restaurants was very limited and they were of poor quality - we tried to get a beer in a large bar on the harbour (Oceanis) but they closed at 1020pm ON A SATURDAY NIGHT

Review 27：The breakfast didn't consist of much. The Wifi didn't reach my room - I had to Skype from the lobby. The interior is ugly - totally out of date. The finishes are as cheap as you can get - bare light bulbs, IKEA pink child's cup for brushing your teeth, old carpet, crappy thin wood paneling everywhere, hideous artwork. It was a good thing I was just looking for a place to crash for a night.

Review 29：Tasteless design of the room shower was not working properly it was toohot or too cold could not be balanced. Their booking.com price washigher than their normal price. They charged us the normal price andafter they remind that we booked from booking.com than they charged usextra. That was unpleasant..
