Review 29：Lack of air-conditioning. The temperature was mid-30's all week and at the time of booking (January, 2013) I booked an air-conditioned room, but was not allocated a room with air-conditioning on arrival. We were later informed that these rooms were only available on the 'third-floor' and that the hotel was full. This spoilt our stay and sleeping was diificult together with the noise from the street directly outside which went on until the early hours most nights. The hotel must do better than this.
