Review 1：Hotel and room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is great located, just few minutes to the centre by walk over the Inn river. Personnel were friendly and helpful.We really enjoyed

Review 4：We requested a room away from the road when we booked many weeks ago. We were given a room that was a bit noisy. Hotel was full and by 08.30 the hot water had run out. Breakfast is good, but best to ask for fresh eggs from the kitchen.

Review 8：Booked with Booking.com but when we arrived the desk clerk was very rude saying he didn't have the reservation yet, check again in 30 minutes and then turned away from us! Very awkward!!! Also shower head was taped in place and would hit the wall directly when water was turned on!

Review 27：Ads implied the hotel overlooked the Inn river and was near "old town". It is about 2 blocks from the river and has no view. Is also 1+ miles from old town. Nearly all rooms have a balcony, except the one that my wife and I got. Had mentioned that we were celebrating our 31st anniversary so was highly disappointed that no one offered to clarify any of this info.

Review 30：passau is very nice place and the centre is in foot distance from the hotel (15min walking), wifi runs well and the breakfast were excellent. we also appreciated the possibility to park the car in hotel's indoor garage as we had a bikes on (paid service - 7EUR).

Review 31：Too much noise by people sitting outside on the patio right under our bedroom window. Although I complained at about 11.30 pm nothing was done.

Review 33：It was very noisy. We had a neighbour talking on the phone the whole night and we could hear everything. The hotel's parking spaces are very limited compared to the size of the hotel...around 15 places. When we arrived it was full, so we had to park nearby and go at 8 am in the morning to pay the parking.

Review 35：Lots of little things. The parking spaces are too small so you can't easily open the car door to get out. There were no spaces in the underground car park. There is the smell of cooking in the reception area – constantly. The location is poor and you have to drive through narrow, traffic-clogged streets to get there. If you have the choice, stay at the Atrium. It's almost as cheap.

Review 37：They could stand to use a real luggage cart. Also, while everything was nicely refurbished and spotless, the hotel had a 1970s James Bond movie feel to it: with a makeover of the decor, this place would be 4-star, but of course - more expensive.

Review 38：Terrific front desk staff; the price was great; parking was excellent, right out front - and free. The WIFI could handle multiple devices - but was pretty slow. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the bridge leading into town. It was a great place to stay.

Review 42：As so often when traveling you can find more value for money when getting out of the highway and getting accommodation just a few kilometers away. The bed is unusually comfortable, the place is overall very clean and there is enough free parking - either in front of the hotel or just a few meters away, at a local supermarket. It will take you about 10 minutes to get there after leaving the highway but I found it well worth it. I did not stay long enough to have breakfast, so I can't say how it was.

Review 43：The restaurant has gone down the drain over the last 30 months. It usedto have a much better choice of dishes and wines. Now the menu is verylimited (pizza, schnitzel, pasta). No fresh fish. How aboput the threerivers that Passau has. Are they all polluted or what ? Also one kind ofopen white (Austrian) wine in Germany ?? Also the service, however theytried, is below par. Come on. This can be much better,

Many thanks to the waitress serving our breakfast, who made us fresh eggs when we were a bit late down. A number of very good eating places for dinner within a 10 minute walk away.

Review 55：- internet was not working, they said that to many people using the wifi and is not possible to connect for this reason (I made the reservation with the only condition to have internet acces by all means, and they promissed me by phone that will be OK!!!) - when I wanted to cancel the reservation and to give back the room in this condition, they told me with arrogance that I will have to pay the room anyway because was past already 18.00h, (it was 18.15h!!!) till when I could it cancel without any cost. - rude, arrogant man at the reception - not enough parking places - very unconfortable beds

Review 60：It is a large hotel close near landing point for river cruises and is used as a stopover for cruise passengers. So it can get very busy, especially at breakfast time, and you have to fight for place to eat. Evening menu is basic and quite limited.
