Review 1：Location is not that central, it's about 30 minutes walk from downtown (the description is a bit misleading in this regard). Staff was mostly disinterested. Walls are thin, you could hear talking, walking, rumbling and other noises from other rooms (the "complementary" earplugs prepared should have been a warning.) No fridge in the room, only a minibar. Breakfast costs extra and is not included in the price, which is a bit unusual for Germany.

Review 3：Excellent Location, just a five minute walk from the railway station and a leisurely 10 - 15 walk to old town Passau. OK so it's not as central as the others but really quite with comfortable beds.
Review 4：The location was farther from old town than expected, the room was very warm with no fan or AC, the room has side vaulted ceilings so you can not stand up in much of it, including on one side of the bed the internet did not work in our room

Review 6：It's good that we're both relatively fit as the shower wouldn't be usable for a larger person. Also, in Passau in August, the weather is still humid enough that the room was warm during the day and difficult to cool at night as there was no fan and we felt uncomfortable leaving the door or curtains open overnight.
Review 7：Once we found a way to get over the train tracks the location was good and the room was very clean. Nice to have the complimentary bottle of fizzy water upon arrival.

Review 31：Excellent hotel. Staff is friendly and willing to help. The room is clean and confortable (there is a minibar, for those who are interested). Wi-fi in the room is strong. There is a private parking under the hotel (quite expensive), otherwise you have to move to a side street where public lots are available (you have to pay for the park until 19:00 in the evening). Breakfast is awesome.
Review 32：Nice welcome. A modern build but with lots of character, and that extra bit of effort in a number of areas. Our room had its own terrace area with table and chairs. The www site says 1.5km from the station, but it is much closer! And an easy walk into the centre if town.
Review 33：Reception does not work after 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. Please warn guests at check-in, because some might want to check out very early, if they travel by car, this may be a problem.

Review 37：Breakfast was ok for the price but not exceptional. It would perhaps have been nice if the hotel had a bar as it can be nice for a nightcap or as a place to meet if travelling in a group.
Review 38：I think we were fortunate to get a large room which was very spacious indeed. The minibar prices were very reasonable. The hotel is also very near to a bus stop and the buses run till after 11 pm every day.
Review 39：Good breakfast buffet, short walk to the train station and all of the sights in the old town area. The young lady at the desk in the evening was awesome. All in all it was a very good experience.

As a result of this managed to leave small case on floor while extricating vehicle from "space".Then staff exhibited reluctance to forward case, AT OUR EXPENSE, to our next hotel. They did so after pushing from the new hotel.Thank you. Credit card details were forwarded, but we still don't have any kind of receipt!

Review 46：The overall impression was of a well run hotel. Our bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean, the breakfast room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Perhaps if I was allowed a little moan, I am a short woman and found the plates, bowls and the brown bread roll basket a little out of my reach.
