Review 1：The cover on the bed was small and very warm (but this is a personal preference of course) and a very flat pillow.

Review 3：We had carpet lifting up in the hallway and tripped once at night going to the rest room. One night we could not find parking on the property. The bathroom reminded us of our Oma and Opa's house, tiles from the 70s. The hot tub wasn't even filled. After a day at the hospital we ran out of water and it was so hot in the room, we rented the scooter to try to find an open grocery store or gas station, but everything was closed, came back to the hotel to buy water from them (almost 10 euros for 2 water bottles). One morning we had no assistance at breakfast, one morning we had no cutlerly, however, when one staff member was present, everything was taken care of.
Review 4：Germany had a heat wave and it was 30 C in the room, we requested fans and got it. The hotel easily extended our stay. It is the closest hotel to the hospital where my son had surgery. It is walking distance to the hospital. Parking in the rear side had big enough spaces for an SUV. The kids enjoyed the pool, it was a little dark in there and hot (bring your own towels, none provided in the pool area). The breakfast had all the basics. From all the restaurants we at at Portofino was our favorite (salad and pizza). We hiked to the castle ruins a few times (fantastic) and went to Fun Forest (highly recommended with kids), it has a great surrounding area. La Petite, France is an easy day trip and one that shouldn't be past up. The location of the hotel is fabulous.
Review 5：Staff had poor knowledge of English and not helpful at all when asked for directions to the highway.
Review 6：Clean and spacious rooms. Good choice of food for breakfast Location makes it a good choice if you need a rest during a trip without loosing much time.

Review 10：- The location: just a 10 min walk to the clinics; 20 min. walk to city centre. - Free parking. - Just had one evening meal at the restaurant, but it was excellent. - Excellent Wi-Fi coverage and speed.
