Review 1：The food during dinner, a lot of it cold and bland. Also the bathroom tiles by the shower/bath lots of molds and mildew. Called the front desk to have it cleaned, but it wasn't done... We stayed for 3 nights. I did not bother calling again.

Review 3：(Have stayed at this hotel many times so these criticisms are not of significent importance to me). Lifts are rather slow. Changing room in hotel pool should be bigger. Seating arrangements in main dining room are rather refectory like.

Review 7：It was not made clear that some of the hotel restaurants advertised on the website were not open at all. The lifts can be extremely slow to arrive. The seating in the main restaurant is in close rows with adjacent tables like a canteen. Tables are allocated to a specific room and closely packed even when half full.
Review 8：Huge rooms. We have stayed here in summer and winter and it is ideally located for all activities in Willingen. Close to cable car, swimming pool, cinema and ice skating rink. Underground passageways lead to nearby facilities, great when the weather is poor. Large hotel with lots of facilities and lovely views.
Review 9：Door ongeval weinig kunnen genieten van hotel en voorzieningen. Kregen toch 50% geretourneerd. Klasse. Gaan volgend jaar opnieuw proberen.
