Review 1：The Wifi doesn't work; the room wasn't clean enough;it is winter the heater doesn't work well and the duvet given was a shame

Review 4：Very friendly staffs, the chocolates candy at the reception are very nice, thank you so much. The room is clean and the hotel is close to the main station, and a local supermarket called Kaufland. Wifi connection was comfortable.

Review 5：The location is a few minutes walk from the central station. The breakfast was great, the wifi worked well, the staff was helpful, and the facilities were alright. If I went to Cologne again, I would definitely consider staying here! They even let us leave our luggage until we had to leave.

Review 9：A basic hotel with an excellent breakfast: eggs, sausage, cheese, cereal--everything! All was included in a very low price. The hotel is located near the main train station but without the noise. Very quiet and convenient.

Review 10：Pungent smell of ammonia in the hallway. At least it did not leak into room. Requires taking a bus to old town, although busses are close by at the train station.

Review 12：I requested a late booking and did not receive any answer. On arrival, the hotel was closed. Nobody answered the emergency 24 hotline and they insisted on charging me 85 Euros for the room regardless, despite agreeing over the phone that they would refund me as I requested late arrival. They were rude, unfair and unkind. I would not recommend staying here and received a much nicer reception at the Ibis hotel nearby!

Review 13：The smell in the hotel and room. It was most probably a smoking room before. You could still smell it. The shower was less than clean, so it was almost impossible to shower since the water was going anywhere but your head due to the chalk. the elevator wasn't working, which can happen, but then it would be nice if the staff would offer to help with the luggage.

Review 16：The hotel was a two minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof which is great for people arriving in Heidelberg by train at night. Check in was fast as they'd already had my papers and key ready to go. The room was very nice and the wi-fi even on the top floors was very good. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They also have a generous check-out time of 11am which is a lot better than some other hotels nearby.

Review 17：Affordable option close to main train station, about a 20-minute walk to the historic part of town. Public transportation nearby. Elevator, hallways and restaurant are a little outdated, but the rooms are clean and convenient with new furniture. Inexpensive, plentiful buffet breakfast. Overall: Great cost-benefit ratio.

There were people below my window at the smoking area. They were talking softly so no problem but I would not be surprised if it could be with louder people.

Review 52：Two specific points which can be solved easily: On one occasion, the coffee/hot beverages had been removed before I had breakfast at shortly after 9.00 although I was informed that it was served until 10. Second, I like jam and marmelade and this wasn't served for breakfast.

Review 53：The location is just fine when your stay is truly a stopover or when you depend on simplified use of public transport. By foot, it is kind of distant (but not too distant) from the main points of interest in downtown Heidelberg. Although the Hotel is already older, the rooms are in very well state and small but impeccable (as the rest of the building).
