Review 2：Good position, very good food, spa center with a pot of things to do ! Willingen night life is very good, like in Austria with Apres-ski !

Review 4：Smoker's room while we had insisted on a non-smoking room, little black flies in 1 room, breakfast only from 8.00 hrs (rather late if skiclasses start at 8.30 hrs and it takes a 15 minute drive/walk to get there), low quality of extra bed, smoking allowed on sauna airing space. Most of all: nothing was done with our complaints. Manager was absent, would call us in 2 days: has not happened yet!

Review 6：There was little or no information available in any language other than German. I would have expected more from a 4* hotel. The receptionist kept us waiting for a long time before attending to us. The options available for dinner were not well shown. We thought the only offering was a 64 euro set meal when in reality other less expensive options were available. Most of the wellness facilities were not available. This was not made known when we booked

Review 8：Nice old fashioned hotel with all the mod cons in the middle of the countryside.excellent sauna and steamroom facilities, small but nice pool. Good size rooms with balconies, very quiet spot, excellent if you are looking for bit of peace. Great breakfast. We have used this hotel as a stopover, would love to come again.
