Review 1：The staff seemed quite busy and sometimes difficult to get in contact with, when we had questions.

Review 2：Really nice location. Good for long walking tours or hiking. Beautiful volcano lakes (“Maare”) in the surrounding area, where you can also take a swimming tour. A little further away you can see old castles and ruins. There is a bus every second hour if you don't have bike or car. The room was nice and comfortable with a balkony. The cleaning was super. Breakfast is served between 8 and 10 AM and for a fee you can take a lunch packet with you.

Review 9：A misunderstanding regarding the presence of bathrobes in the room. I understood from the room description in booking.com that bathrobes were included in the "Comfort double room" when in reality they weren't.

Review 10：The great hikes. The friendly, helpful and always laughing staff. The food at the restaurant is very good and you definitely won't leave hungry! (you just shouldn't expect anything too fancy). Don't miss the delicious home made jams during breakfast!! The restaurant is pristine new and tastefully decorated.

Review 11：Towels could have been more luxurious and would have liked a double duvet for our double bed - we had two singles. Very minor points indeed as we where very happy with our choice of hotel.

Review 12：Very helpful and friendly staff. Superb food but german menu was tricky as no English version, staff helped with selection of food though. Whole hotel was very clean and welcoming.

It turned out to be ideal for ourneeds - not too far away to travel each day and a delightful friendlyhotel where we were looked after very well. We liked the personalattention we were given and the superb food - we would definitely liketo make it our natural choice for all our future visits to theNurburgring! Thank you for looking after us so kindly (and for the earlybreakfasts!).
