Review 1：We would have liked staff on the premises round the clock as we locked our keys inside our unit at night and nobody was available to let us in. This was our own fault of course but mistakes do happen and one needs a solution.

Review 5：The balcony/ back yard doors can`t be closed from the outside and when your room is at the ground floor all the bugs/flies come in the room easily. The checkin and checkout times could last longer.

Review 7：Definitely not a 10 minute walk from town, far longer on way back as its a long uphill steep walk, car required or taxi. Nearest place to eat 500 meters away downhill, good food and English menu on request but a very steep walk back uphill.

Review 8：Great apartment well equipped, clean,comfortable beds, plenty of hanging space, nice balcony with table and chairs and good views from apartment 366, able to see beautiful sunset from balcony. Arrived early and reception was closed, key had been left in a drawer but we were left no note to let us know. Plenty of places to park.

Review 9：Wi-fi was €10 for the stay irrespective of duration. View from window/balcony was of next-door apartment block. Bedroom window (Velux) was not draught-proof and bedhead was 60cm below it.

Review 10：Comfortable, modern, clean and all worked well. Quiet apartment and area (2200-0800 deemed quiet time). Very friendly and helpful staff, easy book-in/out. Huge parking area. Gemund facilities (supermarket, restaurants, cafes and shops).

Review 11：Horrible laundry facilities. One (of 2) washing machine broken, the other took over 2 hours per small load. 2 small dryers worked fine. $600.00 on a few washers would go a long way. Check in ends way to early for its remote location.

Review 13：Our double bed was in fact two narrow 90 cm beds together, one of which collapsed each time my husband tried to sit down in the corner. TV had lots of channels... all in German.. but that's good! We were there for the nature, not to watch TV, right. Sauna small and in another building.

Review 14：Very clean room, excellent parking personnel, parking place next to the apartment at no extra cost. Plenty of well sign posted walking and cycling routes starting nearby. Calm and beautiful place. We saw does, foxes and rabbits in the woods - they had no fear of man. Amazing experience ;-)

Review 18：Our 3rd time back and didn't disappoint - lovely spacious, clean apartment. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. Visited sister hotel for a lovely meal.

Review 19：Limited check-in and check out times so must pay careful attention. You can only check in between 5 and 8 pm. The office was closed by 8:01 pm. You also have to make sure that everything is cleaned, put away, and trash is put in the dumpster outside before you are signed off by the housekeeper to check out or otherwise you can lose a 50 Euro deposit. They didn't, though, make us wait around for someone. When I called, they told me to go ahead and check out. Also, not every room has a view. Ours was on ground level adjacent to the parking lot.

Review 44：Perfectly equipped apartments, clean and close to all hiking trails in the Eifel National Park (10-20 min by car). The village (Gemund) is relaxing, 1-2 good restaurants, bars. Sauna is nice in the evenings. Reception is not open non-stop but if you arraive early or late, your room key is in an envelope with your name on it, so no issue to get in-out. Ask for an apartment with a nice view in advance.

Review 45：It was not busy when we were around- But i can imagine that when all room are occupied, there is not much privacy when sitting in the garden. Maybe a simple screen will do.

Review 47：Fantastic rooms, clean, comfortable and warm. Everything we needed for our stay was in the very well equipped room. Possibly the single most comfortable beds we've slept in aside from our own. Fantastic Chinese restaurant is a 15 minute walk away, although a car is advisable as the accommodation is at the top of a very steep hill. Wonderful views of the surrounding area. Brilliant location for exploring the nature reserve and surrounding towns, large and small. Reception staff were excellent, and the price is unbeatable. Will definitely be returning soon.

Review 50：If you're vegetarian, there's nowhere in the area to eat out.Public transport is extremely limited in the area meaning that you needto do some serious planning if you're hoping to catch a bussomewhere or wanting to go hiking and then take a bus back. Receptionhours are limited and outside of those hours the phone goes tovoicemail. The appartment complex is well organised so reception hoursare generally more than sufficient, but upon arrival there was a problemwith my keys and I had to get another guest to help me resolve theissue. I arrived outside of reception hours and had been assured thiswouldn't be a problem, yet when it turned out to be a problemunexpectedly, there was no staff available in any way to help out. Iresolved things with help from the other guest, but it left me wary ofarriving outside of the reception hours next time.

Review 51：Spacious, clean and quiet appartment with a beautiful view. There is avery scenic bikepath along the Rursee that starts just a few blocks fromthe appartment. The kitchen is truly fully equiped, you can cook yourown meals there. Nearby supermarket (walking distance) is open until10pm from Mon-Sat. There are a lot of paved bicycle paths in the areathat are well sign-posted.
