Review 1：No breakfast available, found excellent breakfast at nearby hotel. No soap dispenser in shower. When my friend questioned this, he was told "this is a pension, not a hotel". No hot water in the morning. Odd, because there was hot water the previous evening. When we arrived, at 18.20, the reception was unmanned. We had to phone and wait ten minutes for someone to come. If we had had no phone, or a flat battery, could have been a problem. Overall, disappointing.

Review 3：Comfortable facilities, convenient location with fascinating (unless you hate trains:) view of UH train station. Appreciate the idea of giving this building a new life.

Review 5：Really liked it. The room was clean and large. Very handy for the train station and a short walk to other central locations. The train noise was not a problem.
Review 6：The proximity to the centre of the town is great (5min). The room, toilet, shower were clean and two twin beds can be moved together easily. The staff is very accommodative and friendly. Thou the train station is close the room was quite and it made the view somehow countrysh. The separate/common kitchen is handy if you need to cook small dish or make a coffee or tea.

Review 9：The pension was right next to the railway station and five minutes walk from the town centre. It was clean and tidy with a nice living area. More like a flat than a bedroom. There was a communal kitchen available
